Great...after a reset

I got this Alta as a Christmas present from my parents and was elated. Then I went on a walk with my mom. We were paced the same, walked the same time and distance, and my Fitbit was 2000 steps behind hers. I looked online and they suggested a reset. I reset it (after getting to 10K just in case) and I think it's working much better now.

Does What I Need

I think they learned that these things need to be able to take some stress if they are truly a fitness tracker and they've done well compared to my old Fuel. Worth the money if you're looking for something that will track basic fitness. Just don't ride a motorcycle with it because it tracks the bumps in the road as well. LOL
