Great for first time

I cannot follow how it ends information to the internet or my phone, When I can see information it is very helpfull and I look at it every day. I am hoping to understand it more to get more ue from it. It seem a little slow in showing me the time and miles. I think I walk some faster now and I seem to feel better while walking.

Up to 90% Accuracy - Great Customer Service

I noticed that only 90% of my steps were being counted when compared to my Apple Watch and UP3. I called and verified the information with Fitbit and they sent a new unit. Great customer service! I'll see how this one stacks up before I do another challenge.

Love that there are so many choices of interchangeable bands. I've purchased the FitBit Flex (too basic, only dots to indicate steps) and Charge HR (too big, short battery life), I prefer the Alta over both.
