Initially had the Fitbit Charge and migrated to the Jawbone..love it until it broke and picked up the Fitbit Alta...and it is the absolute best. Extremely comfortable and I like the app.

Keep me aware of what I'm eating and calories consumed, reminds me to move, let's me know how many hours I am sleeping and so much more. I tend to be more motivated with this devise!!

I had the original Fitbit that I loved. When it was time to upgrade, I was deciding between the charge and the Alta. The Alta is more streamline and does the same things as the charge.

The little motivation texts to get you moving every hour is fun. I had a charge which allowed me to shut the alarm off but this one does not. The benefits outweigh that minor change.

While I love my fitbit I wished it worked in all stores. I havelist a lot of actual steps because it doesn't seem to track for whatever reason. Overall it is a very good device.

This was a replacement gift for someone. Sine I own a FITBIT ALTA, I know the features and capabilities. Perfect gift for a fitness and none fitness person. Easy to sync and wear daily.

3 months after purchasing this Alta, Fitbit released an updated model with HR tracking, which was really annoying and that is why I am (unfairly) docking a star for this product!

Love Fitbit. I have tried the jawbone and the under armer one and to me, nothing compares to the fitbit. Always syncs and stays connected.

I love my Fitbit Alta it's always with me no more paying gyms large fees and never going.This is the best thing you could give someone.Reaching my weight goal in January 2017 woop woop

Purchased this as a present for my mom and she’s already obsessed with her fitness journey. Definitely recommend everyone add a fitness device to their daily lives!

I upgraded from the original Fitbit to this one and I love it. The digital read out is help to let you know it's working. You can see text message and know you received a phone call.

Got it for my wife and she loves it so I guess it's good. Sorry I can't really explain about the item but it does what it's supposed to do

I wear my tracker every day, it keeps a pretty true counting of my steps. I have an account on their website and am able to track calorie burned vs calories consumed.

I really like it. Helps me to remember to keep moving at work. I just wish it give you the steps by hour. It would help geive a better idea of where you need to improve. Really nice.

Gives me the data I want. I'm not a workout junkie so I only need the basics. Sometimes I have to tap several times to view screen. Really like the activity nudge, and text/call alerts.

I love that I can see my steps and heart rate on my Alta hr. I do have issues with the app updating my weekly progress so I in challenges and keep a long running tally.

Bought this for my wife who has been using fitbit products for years and she likes it. Only thing I would caution is getting the separate rose/pink band due to it getting dirty easy.

I highly recommend the Fitbit Alta for the simple reason that it automatically syncs so that you are able to keep track of your progress.

I love the alta compared to the flex and the charge. Only thing I would change is that it can be difficult to get the time to come up where you just tap the others or tap the button.

If you don’t use the pointless gadgets on Apple or Samsung and are not paying just to have the name of a watch then get this. It looks and feels nice
