I then installed the fitbit app on my laptop & did my settings, then everything worked except phone & text notifications. For some reason that started working after I had the fitbit alta about 4 weeks. Everything works now & I am satisfied.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this for my wife and the battery only lasted about half a day the first 2 days. then I reset the fitbit and started over and it seems to be holding a charge better. another issue is that it doesn't want to synch with her lg phone for some reason. overall decent purchase I think the charge 2 was a better band.
