This is my first Fitbit. I was leery of purchasing one but when my husband and I decided to change our eating habits and begin exercising, this has helped us to stay on track. The only thing I do not like about the Fitbit Alta is the wrist band. It is very difficult to close

Purchased for my girlfriend to replace her jawbone up. She loves it and wears it daily. Having the screen right on her wrist is great as she doesnt have to use her phone to check her progress. The strap could be a bit more secure as it has fallen off her wrist once or twice,

I absolutely love my FitBit Alta! It is so sleek and the features are great. Unfortunately I've had to exchange my alta a few times because the wristband detached from the screen, but I always come back to the Alta.

Bought it for my wife so she could track her walking and distance. She loves it! She loves the silent alarm feature and uses it as her alarm clock now. She really likes being able to change the bands to make it look nicer when she dresses up. Excellent product all around

Bought originally as a tool to better track daily activity (vs. IPhone) but have found that it is a really fun device also. Definitely a motivator to meet your 10,000 step daily goal. Also enjoy the Sleep Tracker function. Great gift for the active person in your life.

My Fitbit Alta has really helped me challenge myself to move, eat, drink and sleep in ways that help me reach my weight-loss, fitness, all around health goals. I gave it 4 out of 5 stars because it was difficult to put on at first. Otherwise it has performed beautifully.

This is my3rd Fitbit and by far my favorite! Works great, comfortable and I love the sleep function! I wear it all day everyday and would be lost without it. Best part is how long the battery lasts. Only have to charge it every few days! Get it now! You won't regret it!

The product and app work pretty well. I like the data analytics on sleeping and activity. It does lose synch occasionally with my iPhone. I'm not sure where the problem lies but it's annoying to have to resynch (normally around the time of day light savings).

Didn't know if I would like the Fitbit Alta at first but now that I've had it awhile, I love it. Does everything I need it to do and more. Love the reminder to move feature. Love the different challenge options it gives me so I don't get bored with the same routine.

Great activity band and very comfortable. Although the sms notifications could sray on the screen a little longer it is great to see that preview without having to take out your phone. Activity options are wonderful and so many different options to choose from.

Good for beginner. Band unhooks easily. Family member lost his after two weeks due to band unhooking and he did not notice the watch fell off until we had travelled home from daytime trip.

My wife is a big fan of the FitBit Alta. She previously had the One and kept washing it. This has been a much better solution. Her only complaint is the fact that it is hard to get the wristband to clasp and hold. This has been alleviated by purchasing the leather band.

Bought device as a gift for my girlfriend and she has completely stopped using her Apple Watch and ended up trading it in for a Best Buy gift card. This is ideal for tracking activities and is comfortable enough to track your sleep at night without getting fidgety.

I bought this as a gift for my wife and wasn't sure if it'd be one of those 1-week birthday gifts until the novelty wears off. Well a month in and she wears it everyday. It really keeps her motivated to keep walking and she loves the text message notification feature.

I bought a Fit Bit Alta for both my girlfriend and I to motivate each other to continue to exercise on a daily basis. It's worked great as we've both lost weight over a month period thus far. The app works great and communicates with other Fitness and Nutrition apps.

Purchased for wife and she loves it. Not only for monitoring but caller/text ID is quite useful as her phone is usually in her purse. Now she is able to see who is calling instantly without looking for phone. Sleep monitor function probably not the most accurate.

I bought this for my 10 year old with reluctance. I am pleased to say that it was her favorite gift! She and many of her friends get together to compare their step #'s. I think it's great for such young people to get some exercise while having a lot of fun!!!!

I like having the display so it acts as a watch for me. Sometimes i have to tap the screen harder to activate but i am I ed to it now. Love having quick access to my step count and my hourly alert to walk 250 steps.wish there was a way to clean the band.

I love my new fitbit. It is everything I wanted from a tracker. I wanted a tracker that included the time so I could avoid wearing a watch and a tracker at the same time. I love the bright color of the teal band. I would completely recommend this tracker to anyone!

Bought this for my wife since she thought the Apple watch was too big. She also thought it did too much and she didn't need that. This is smaller and low key. Screen isn't full color, but it does all your basic health tracking. It also does text notifications.
