Customers are saying

Customers recognize the Alta Activity Tracker (Small) for its ease of use, small size, and effective step tracking capabilities. Many appreciate the sleek design, long battery life, and sleep tracking features, while also noting the accuracy of its data. However, some users found the band and clasp difficult to use, and the lack of a heart rate monitor was also a common point of feedback. Additionally, the display's readability in sunlight was mentioned as an area for improvement.

I bought this for my wife to replace her original FitBit. She loves the functions and styling, and is happy it shows the time. She also loves the caller ID and Text message displays, as well as the prompts to be active.

My daughter love's this FitBit with all its features, especially the fact that it is water proof. We did have an issue with the wristband but it was covered under the warranty and it was very easy to get it fixed.

Bought as a gift for my daughter so I can't really review how well it works as I don't have one myself. I do see that she wears hers all the time so it must be pretty good tool. I do plan on buying one for myself.

I love it, it's helping me stay on track to walk more everyday. I gave 4 stars because it's not quite perfect- sometimes I have to tap it harder and more taps than I should have to which can be (slightly) annoying

Works great, got this version as it supported phone notifications. Tracks my day great and helps with goals. Only complaint is I cannot sleep with it on, as when i move my arm, ths band awakens and thus awakens me!

It performs as advertised. My only beefs are 1) no heart rate monitor, and 2) it immediately needs a replacement band. The Fitbit wrist band will not remain fastened.

This Fitbit is great for kids. You can set an alarm on this so it’ll vibrate on the child wrist when it’s time to get up. Counts how many steps and miles you do as some kids enjoy a challenge.

Wife loves this thing. Especially the alarm function. The only downside is there is not currently windows phone support. But it syncs perfectly with my windows 10 desktop and the USB dongle that came with the fitbit.

I had the small Fitbit for 2 years and decided to upgrade to the Alta. I like the additional feature of the sleep tracker. I had to adjust the stride in order to get accurate steps but all in all I really like it.

My daughter loves this Fitbit I bought her. She loves keeping track of her steps and loves being able to see her texts scroll across the fitbit. She loves "watching the flower grow' with her progress over the day.

My wife seems to like it. Tracks steps and goals as well as sleep patterns. Only real negative thing is sometimes the screen isn't sensitive enough for touching and the charger cord is 3 inches long. That's a pain

I already owned a Fitbit One and really enjoyed the features. The Alta has a few more that I like. Linking to the iPhone for notifications is helpful. I did give up the "stair" feature, but the was okay with me..

I love the look of it. Very stylish compared to the Charge HR. Battery dies within 2 days. Text and calls are delayed. Miss having a heart rate option when I workout.

This Fitbit tracks my steps and sleep. When I got it I had to charge it once a week. After a month I now have to charge it 2-3 times a week. I have a Geek Squad plan but I will also be contacting Fitbit.

My mom used the fitbit I bought her daily for the whole year and then it suddenly stopped charging. Of course the warranty is good for a year and that ended 3 days ago so now it is pretty much worthless. The only reason I had gotten her that one was because her previous one stopped tracking her steps and didn't think much of it. Now that we have gone through two of them in the past 3 years, I think I will go with a different company and hope that they are more dependable.

Its really great. The band can be separated for cleaning or to put a different band. Great overall activity tracker, only downside would be the tapping features does not always work quite right all the time

In my opinion the Alta is the best FitBit available. It has all the features that i need or want and I love how it syncs with your phone via the FitBit App. No doubt FitBit did their homework with this device.
