Used it daily for general fitness info. I only stopped using it because I upgraded to one with HR tracker. The Alta looks nice and does what it is supposed to do!

Love this model of Fitbit. Going to get one for my husband. Seeing the text message and who is calling is very helpful without having to get my phone out and check it when it chirps.

Love this new design! The display is easy to read and see in any light. The bracelet does require some time getting it on, hard to push into the little holes. I usually have to have help.

Band is sometimes difficult to get on. Love the reminder when I'm short on getting 250 steps for the hour

This one does not have a heart rate monitor, so my wife wanted a different one. Should have looked it up a little more before I purchased.

Bought this for my 13 year old and it's working great for her. In addition to fitness tracking, she also appreciates the fact that she can view text notifications on the device.

The tracker worked well, but like my last Fit it the band easily released and Iost the tracker. I will never go with that style band again.

I bought this as a Birthday gift for my Daughter, she hasn't taken it off, except to shower, since she got it. She enjoys challenges with her friends and watching each other's progress.

Watch band does not close like other watches. Instead, you must insert two prongs into the band. Very difficult for one person to close.

The Alta is a helpful way to ensure your are being physically active, hydrating yourself and sleeping well. I use this items to maintain my weight and motivate myself to stay active.

My original became high maintenance - more frequent changing, etc. The Alta is minimum maintenance for maximum on-the-wrist output--best of both worlds for my budget!

The Fitbit itself works fine. The band however, is extremely hard to close. I should have purchased the larger Fitbit with a watchband.

This is my first fitbit, but it is great. I'm so used to wearing it now, I hardly even notice it's there. It's handy when checking the time and keeps me on track with my fitness goals.

What I like: smaller wristband, bigger screen. Less bulky than the HR I used to have (until it just died). Nice color blue that blends with most any outfit. Easy on and off wristband. What I don't like: you have to tap the screen to read it. Usually does not respond immediately and when I tap again we are past the time and on to # of steps etc. results in lots of tapping. I find the buzzes to move annoying after awhile, especially while in a business meeting. Can't be read in sunlight. Activity indicator is not very accurate.

My granddaughter who is a college student.. She is very busy with work school and other activities and was xery excited for me getting her this birthday gift.She wears it ever day.

I purchased this Fitbit as a birthday gift for my granddaughter. She's very happy and loves it. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a quality fitness tracker.

For me personally this product was a good fit. My first Fitbit and it does the job. Screen sometimes turns on randomly. And the tapping on the touchscreen is hard to use sometimes.

I am most interested in tracking exercise. Perfect for that. Not interested in heart rate, etc. It does motivate me to get up if I sit too long, which is also good for me.

I love my Alta Fitbit. It's a great tool to move and watch what I'm eating. The challenges on the dashboard are great to compete with friends and be motivated with my fitness.
