Not for lefties

The wrist band kept getting caught on things and falling off. All other functions were really nice but ended up with a different model because it had a more traditional wrist band and also a heart rate monitor.

The only complaint, and its a big one, is you have to be 18 years of age to set up a fitbit account. How ridiculous it that! So in order to set this up for her, I had to lie about her age.

It is never quite the same to buy this wrist band and miraculously hope it will start working. It never does. It comfortably sits on my night stand and vibrates once every night that it is missing 10K steps. Waste of money.

I called customer service and since the 1 year warranty is up, they can't do anything. Seriously? 1 year? I don't even use it every day.

Worked well at first but now it seems to be not functioning properly. Text messages rarely show and I can tell the step tracking is a bit off. It's still a solid fitbit but I was hoping for more.
