I had trouble fastening the band so I took it back and exchanged it for a Fitbit HR 2 which I really like.

I returned this product the text and phone calls would always glitch I would have to turn my wrist 20 times in order for the texts to finally show up

Make sure you get a warranty! I had the product for less than 2 months before I had to use the warranty. However, it does its job when it's working.

Whoever designed the strap closure should have been fired. Turns a potentially great monitor into a wrestling match every time I put it back on.

The two prongs that snap into the wrist band were so tight it was not usable. We exchanged it for another, same story. Improperly engineered.

I got this for my wife as a present but she did not like how bulky it felt and how you had to tap the device really hard to get it to response.

It is very hard to put the Fitbit on. I like the thinness of the band but it's very difficult to secure the wristband with one hand

I was excited to get this but had to return it. The band is too hard to fasten. Even the sales clerk had issues trying to fasten it. I liked the color and style but the band needs to be more user friendly.

The tracker was stuck in setup mode making it useless. I spoke with two technicians at fitbit and was told to return for a new one

The pedometer was off by 1 mile! I compared my route to the odometer on the car and with an iphone and apple watch. The wrist band is difficult to operate. Also, when turning the wrist to activate the screen it would not turn on most of the time. Best Buy rep said Fitbit still has quality control issues. Ya think? Don't buy it.

I purchased this Fitbit after previously owning Jawbone trackers. Jawbone was much more accurate, but the bands kept breaking. My $30 pedometer does a better job than this Fitbit and I am thinking I should just return it. I tried all the suggestions posted online about improving accuracy; none worked. My 100 step test recorded only 70 steps, so that's pretty far off when my goal is over 10,000.

Purchased for my mother. It was not user friendly. She did not want it & 2 days late so could not return.

Notifications haptic is weak. I returned and got Apple Watch. I liked it but didn't receive my notifications all the time.

Like every Fitbit I've tried so far, it counts every movement as a step and there's no adjustment for sensitivity.

Returned it because it rubbed my arm terribly. Made my wrist very sore.

Unable to connect to wrist, even when not on wrist. Latches did not work for me. Returned item to store.

The clasp is not secure and easily unhooks. I have lost the device a few times and have been lucky to find it.
