Only had it for a month and it stopped tracking accurately.

I originally bought this as a gift for myself and 3 months later the band fell off. I replaced it with a brand new one only for the same thing to happen again. I returned it and bought another product. All of my friends are having the same problem with their devices.

I have to charge this thing every other day. I have an electric toothbrush that I use at least 3 times a day and it only needs charging every 3 months. I don't think it's out of line to expect more battery time.

This fitbit was returned due to it failing to recharge

I felt like it was counting steps while I was driving

Almost 30 days since purchased and still not been able to sync with either computer or smart phone. Unable to pull data or track daily or weekly steps. Still carry pedometer to log and steps much different than this device. Very unfriendly instructions for set-up!

No matter how many times this is adjusted it just does not keep accurate step counts, not even close. Even the Tech support from the vendor wasn't able to help. This product was returned for a refund. It was a birthday present, you can imagine the disappointment.

The Fitbit sucks as far as keeping accurate steps.

Purchased and first Alta wouldn't charge. Nothing worked. Returned it. Next Alta worked about 2 weeks. Stopped charging again. Returned and decided a activity tracker may not be what I need. The app is very nice though.

Only had this for about week and a half I lost it snapped off can't believe it. I always made sure both snaps snapped. I didn't even hear it hit the ground. Would of went with the buckle one :-(

The watch is practically unreadable outside on a moderately- sunny day. Doesn't come on with wrist turn half the time and is frequently unresponsive to screen taps.

I KEPT IT FOR 7 DAYS...I COULDNT GET THE TIME TO SHOW...IT WOULD NOT EVEN GO TO EASTERN TIME//STAYED ON CENTRAL...TRADED IN FOR A BLAZE....REALLY LIKING THIS ONE!!!

I am not happy with this product - it completely died after only around 6 months, and refuses to charge. Warranty is only 3 months.

Probably a great product for adults, but it didn't work right for my daughter due to the age restriction for online registration

Bad design. Band did not secure properly on wrist. Could not read LED during daylight. Display to small

worked for a day and now it's dead. won't charge, doesn't work. must've got a bad one - but disappointed.

It had given me a rash on my left wrist and was hard to clip on and off. Hard to check the information.

Did not like and returned within a week. The charge hr is much better

I have had the Fitbit Flex for about 2 years now and loved it, just wished it had a screen so I can see things like the time and exactly how many steps I had walked instead of just lights. When I saw this I was so excited! Just about the same size as the Flex, and I can still change the bands if I want. I also don't have to take the tracker our of the band to charge it which is nice. I also like how it tells me to keep moving if I haven't reached my 250 steps per hour, and can customize how I see the stats on my band!

I tried many times and watched many videos and could not get this fit bit to count my steps correctly.
