Pretty easy to sync with the iPhone and seems to work well. Looks pretty nice. Gets dinged for being somewhat difficult to put on. Gets annoying to deal with after a while.

I like the slim design, the gentle reminders to get up and move! However, you can not read the screen outside in the sunlight. Considering returning before time runs out.

I LOVE my Fitbit! It's small enough for a woman's arm, yet big enough to see screen easily. The reminders for movement are especially helpful on lazy days. I've already lost 12 pounds since strapping this on my wrist!

Very attractive with available different bands. Provides most of the information a person would want. For those who just want to monitor their daily activity and get some encouragement along the way the Alta is great.

I like everything about this device but it does have a glaring design fault, at least for older users: The bracelet is difficult to fasten, and does not inspire confidence that it is indeed securely fastened.

This is nice tracker. It has a lot of features, from tracking steps to calls. I have a very small wrist and don't like how it sits. It looks oversized on me. I'm considering returning it for a different one.

Charging was an issue. The charger would keep breaking and was poor quality. Nice tracker otherwise.

Bought this nice little watch for the wife to replace her charge hr. She absolutely loves it and the teal color. Word to wise, the band runs big so err on the side of getting the small one.

I walked out of Best Buy with this on my wrist, so excited because I liked the long battery life and ability to use it in water. But as I pushed a cart with my kids in it I noticed it wasn't recording any steps. Then I decided to check if I could trick it. I swung my arm hard about 5 times and it added more than 20 steps. Did it again, and again I fooled it. Totally bummed, I walked back into Best Buy and returned it.

I bought myself and my wife one of these and they are great! We love going out for walks and challenging one another to see who walks more.

Bought this for my wife. It is a great upgrade from her original Fitbit Flex. She loves the added features and the display screen.

This is my second item from fitbit very nice tracker ,does exactly what its supposed to do, I am very happy with this item.

I had the Fitbit flex for 3 years. Finally treated myself to an upgrade and glad I did. I love the Alta!!

My only gripe about this thing is that it is hard to put on. It is very frustrating to line up the holes in the band with the knob things that go into the holes and then get them to snap into place. I have to press the bracelet really hard into my skin to get it to snap. Since I have to take it off to shower, this is a daily problem. So irritating.

I bought a FitBit Alta for my wife on her birthday, to replace her original FitBit, which stopped working after a year. Her new Alta worked fine, until four days later when the clasp came undone and it fell off and was lost. The clasp design is really bad. Since the connection is done out of sight, under the band when it's on your wrist, there's no way to make sure the ballpoints are securely in the strap holes. Even though we also bought BestBuy's "full coverage" insurance, it does not cover a strap failure, so I wasted $126 on the Alta, plus the two-year insurance, PLUS the $26 for an extra strap of a different color. Oh, well.

I love this device. Only down side is the fear of miss placing it. Constantly falls off my arm.
