Display easy read. The Fitbit easy to use. Very informative display. Small convenient size.

Very stylish but has a little less functionality than the FitBit Surge and FitBit Charge HR. It has a small 128-by-36-pixel, 1.4-inch OLED screen, which sits in the middle of a slim, 14mm wide band. It has no buttons on the screen; you turn it on by raising your wrist or by tapping the top of the strap. It lacks the heart rate monitor.

my wife was hesitant to receive this gift...thinking it would be a waste of money. However, she really likes it. She pays attention to her steps and tells me about her accomplishments almost daily. I truly think it has motivated her to be more active. I love it because she no longer misses calls and text messages from myself and our daughters...as she is alerted by this product. It was a better gift than I expected.

Loving my fitness tracker. The color is dar enough to go with my dark clothing, but colorful enough to still allow me to wear Spring colors. The battery lasts about 3-4 days and I just charge it over night (only actually needs like 2 hours of charge) and then wear it the next morning. When it gives you the warning the battery is low it will last the rest of the day, so do not worry you have to plug it in right away.

This fit bit is perfect for me. Also has a long battery life. Easy to sync with other devices.

After 3 years my original fitbit battery would not hold a charge so I replaced it with the Alta. I love the additional features of the Alta model. Highly recommend!

I got this for my wife, who wanted it to keep track of her activities. It does a good job of counting steps and makes a decent guess at how long she exercises when she goes to the health club, but note that the step counter does not work if one is on a treadmill and holds the hand rails (because it cues off hand motion). Also note that the Alta does not do heart rate so if you want that you need to get something else.

Great activity /sleep tracker. Slim profile but it packs a powerful punch. Love the app also.

I used this to track my sleep and steps. It got to be a pain wearing during sleep. I don't like bulky items/jewelry on. But still super slim compared to other items that are similar products. Love that everything is on the screen. Don't have to look up app on my phone. Great value

I am really impressed by the software that accompanies this device. I did not expect such a complete index of calorie counts, especially from chain restaurants. The information on sleep quality is very useful for me. The reminders are fun. And the quick charging of the battery is impressive. All of this is better than my expectations.

love the features and app. The reminders to move every hour and the goals help motivate me to move. It's also nice how it connects to other apps like my fitness pal. The band holes have stretched some since I got it so I have to be careful that I don't catch it or it u latches. This usually happens when I'm picking up or carrying my kids. If I switch the bands sides it may not be an issue but I have not tried that yet.

Purchased for my daughter for her birthday. She absolutely loves it. It tracks everything she needs it to. A nice upgrade from the base model without my spending a lot more.

Sometimes you have to tap it really hard for it to display. It is sometimes difficult to put on the right way unless you tap it to turn the display on. But its ok if you want a basic fit bit. Its better to just spend the money and get a better one. But it is good for people who just want to track steps and not want to spend way too much.

My 10 year old son loves the activity tracker, but neither of us can snap it on. It may be user error, but we ended up buying a generic replacement band on Amazon. It attaches like a watch band. The Alta HR comes with a regular watchband. So if you're trying decide whether or not to spend the extra money on the HR, the difference may be offset by the cost of buying a replacement band.
