My battery charger broke and needs to be replaced. This is my first Alta. I love the concept but the charger didn't last too long. My first fitbit was a Charge and the button fell off and had to be replaced. I thought the problem was solved with this new design, but apparently, not. Luckily, Best Buy has been very accommodating.

It's not bulky. Easily fits my wrist. Easy to setup.

Love the Alta, it is slim enough to be comfortable and does have a nice look to it. Works well and was easy to set up. The only problem I had was with the band. The holes were too tight that the prongs would not go in even with someone helping me put it on. Thought it would improve after use, didn't. Bought a different band

The reminders to move are one of the features I appreciate most about this tracker. I also really like that I can walk away from my phone knowing I will get alerts on my tracking. The Geek Squad set it up for me fairly quickly and I have had no problems using it with the app. The app itself is very helpful in monitoring my goals.

Tracks everything necessary. Light weight. Perfect size

Sleek, easy to set up, and easily downloaded. Love the various color interchangeable bands. I have two cons: Best Buy does not carry replacement chargers if it breaks. Fortunately I bought the geek squad insurance so they replaced it when the charger broke. Second: Best Buy no longer carries replacement accessories in-store.

I had been looking at the FitBit, and similar products..not knowing if whether or not it would be functional for my life...and my husband took it upon himself to go ahead and surprise me with making said decision for me for Christmas!! I beyond love it. It keeps me moving, and tracks my activity towards personal goals!!

This tracker is very user friendly and easy to use. Make sure that you hear a "click" when you fasten the band on your arm so it stays on. That would be the only reason to give 4 stars instead of 5 stars. Mine did fall off in a store when I first purchased it, I was very fortunate to have it turned in. Lesson well learned!

Fitbit good. Want a band to throw fit. Good to look at while throwing a fit. Does not track the fit thrown. I wanted to see how much exercise I get while throwing a fit. Does not do this. Frowning face here. Band is incredibly hard to latch and takes two people and a butter knife too do so. Change band mr fit!!! It suck

This Fitbit is easy to sync with your iPhone and Bluetooth. The app gives great advice and is easy to follow .

Bought this as a gift for mom on Mother's Day because someone stole her FitBit Flex. The FitBit Flex had no screen, so when my mom received this one, she was excited! She's able to see her steps, distance, active hours, and who's calling and texting her right from the screen on the FitBit. Where you had to look at the phone to see your stats, the FitBit Alta gives you most info right on the screen! It even tracks sleep, but you have to look at the app to see that info. The screen can be hard to tap at first, as we had a lot of difficulty trying to switch from screen to screen. But as you continue to use it, you'll get used to where is the right part on the screen to tap. It is also a little difficult trying to figure out which side is up when putting it on. Most of the time she ends up putting it on upside down then having to take it off and putting it on the right way. My mom is super into fitness and works out 5/7 days of the week, for two hours a day, so she loves the fact that this tracks her workouts now! Great job FitBit! Now only if they could make it waterproof instead of water resistant, then the product would be PERFECT.

I had the Charge HR prior to the Alta and found it to be big and bulky. It also had a lot of design flaws that I think is improved on the Alta. The Alta is smaller (less obtrusive) and the wristbands are interchangeable so if I don't feel like wearing black I have other options. It was easy to pair with my iPhone app.

Bought for my granddaughter for Christmas. She wanted one because I have one, and teal is her favorite color.

I love my Fitbit Alta. It tells me the time miles calories and it wakes me up!! It reminds me when I've been still for a while to get up and be active. What more can you ask! Not only that but it can have the bands changed and its battery last for a while!

I bought this as a gift for my wife. She absolutely loved it. Worth the price and can be a perfect gift idea.

This Fitbit being worn and used by my wife. She is very happy with it so far with the only problem being that she finds herself having to do a double swipe of the screen to activate more times than she would like. Fits and feels great on the wrist and gets the job done. She also likes the slim style and great features.

Upgraded from bulky FitBit HR. I really don't miss the HR feature like I thought I might. This sleek ALTA is awesome. Battery lasts longer and screen is clearer. Love the step reminder you get 10 mins before each hour. Great buy- you won't be disappointed!

I like the way in which this device interacts with you, and help to monitor your daily activities. Its simple to use, and although it lacks some features like the capability to interact with your phone a deeper level, its simple and allow to see the phone calls your are receiving without having to grab the phone.

This definitely does everything it advertises. The notifications are a big plus. I only have 2 gripes. The armband it comes with can come off if it snags on something the wrong way. But you can buy a cheap replacement with a clasp to fix that. I would also like more notifications than just calls and texts.
