Bought this for my wife (she requested it). She loves keeping track of her steps, though she sometimes gets annoyed at the hourly activity reminders. I has really helped her focus on her fitness. I have asked for one from her for my birthday and our oldest daughter now wants one too.

Like the fact that it alerts me to phone calls and texts. Disappointed that I can't see the screen in the daylight. I had to watch a you tube video to figure out how to get on watch easily. A bit of learning curve but am liking it. Also like the fact that I can change bands.

I've been a Fitbit user for a while now and I've got my girlfriend involved too. I bought this for her the first day it came out. She originally started out with the flex and wanted an upgrade to make it more stylish. Based off her reviews she loves it and would definitely buy it again.

I bought the Alta for my mom. I have the Fitbit charge. The Alta has a sleek look and you have to follow the instructions correctly to know where to tap on the device to see your results. The only thing I wish the Alta had was a buckle closure like the Charge instead of a snap closure.

I purchased this fit bit for my wife. She wanted to be able to track steps through out the day with ease. This was very easy for her to set up and connect it with her phone; she has little patience for tech that is complicated. Went off with out a hitch and she really likes it.

I really like the Alta Fitbit. I have had no trouble with closing the band or having it fall off as I have read in other reviews. I bought it to keep track of daily goals and the number of steps I have taken and it does just that. I find the weekly email updates are very helpful.

Out of the box very nice durable looking fit bit. Got this for my wife since her Apple Watch did not seem to track the steps as accurately as her old basic Fitbit did.This product basically does everything the more expensive ones do the only thing missing is a heart rate monitor.

I'm not one who really likes to get involved in organized exercise. But I do have a competitive side. I bought the Fitbit Alta to give me a starting point. It was fun to track my progress and see if I could match or beat my steps every day. The setup was super easy!

In my opinion, this is the best Fitbit option. If you don't care about heart rate monitoring and just want a good looking tracker that lets you see the data on the screen (versus your phone), this is the one. Battery also last me a full week before needing to recharge.

I upgraded to the Alta from a Flex and love the improvements to the new device. I find the reminders to get moving every hour are great! I also love the call and text message notifications that appear on my device.

I was hesitant to get a Fitbit. My sons talked me into getting one and I love it. I had no idea all the things that it could do, and how it really would motivate me to move. I am no exercise buff, but it does have me interested in how much I walk and the challenges are great.

I've had my Alta for a year now. It still works like the day I purchased it. I'm petite with small wrists and am very happy with the size; I don't feel like I'm wearing a man's watch! I also love that I can change the band's easily to coordinate with outfits or my mood. ;)

Bought this for my high school granddaughter who runs track and she loves it. It was a birthday present. Brian, a Greek Squad employee at Best Buy set it up and showed her how to use it. Really a nice guy and very helpful. A "thank you" to Brian who was very patient and friendly.

This is a great product! The alta is very slim and sleek and easy to use. The fact that the app that goes along with it allows you to compete with friends is really motivating. The only downfall I found with the alta was that it took some getting use to, to wear while sleeping.

We bought this for my daughter to track her activity throughout the day and she loves it! SHe loves the slim design and the color. We like the fact you can get time and texts on the tracker as well. Great purchase!

I thought long and hard before i decided on the fit bit Alta. At first I bought the fitbit charge HR and realized tat it was to big and did not do everything that I wanted, so I immediately returned it to Best Buy without any issue. Bought the Alta and have loved it ever since.

I have used several fitbits in the past, and I completely love this smaller and more stylish version. The one thing I would love for Fitbit to add as a feature is a heart rate tracker, other than that, it's perfect.

This product is excellent for people who are trying to get fit. Keep your focus on your goals. The Fitbit makes working out and walking fun. It has really help me with my water intake, as well as keeping track of how much I sleep at night. Everyone should have a Fitbit .

I had the Fitbit Charge HR. This Alta is thinner and fits my small wrist better. The display is large and easy to read. I am also able to use both my Fitbits with the app which keeps track of both. So if I want to wear my Charge HR and Alta in the same day it adds them together.
