Gift for my 70+ year old mother. She is not computer savy but has had no problems using this device. She wears it everyday and loves tracking her steps.

This is a great way to track exercise, steps, sleep - everything you need to make life changes. I wish the display was a little larger so I could read it without my glasses.

I love the Fitbit. It was very easy to set up. It is a little difficult to snap together but I'm sure it will loosen up with wear.

The Alta is easier to fasten than the Flex and has awatch built in. Good selection. The only issue was anti-theft packaging that made it difficult to check for proper sizing.

This is now my 3rd one. I had to replace my first two because the wrist band keeps breaking. Otherwise it functions as it should. I would recommend one with a better band.
