I bought this for my wife. I have one too. Very easy to use and keeps you motivated to do more. We like the app also.

Nice but I wish it had the ability to track flights. Also be careful with the band. Mine fell off my arm and I lost it.

Love the color. I have a hard time getting the strap snapped together. Hopefully the holes will loosen up with use.

I have received many compliments about the strap color. My only issue is that when it is tracing the sleep record, if you are stationed for a long period of time it takes it as sleeping, even if you move you are 'restless' and when you tap to let it know you're awake it doesn't acknowledge it as that. The tap doesn't work the way you would think. And you clean the strap every so often but the dirty color doesn't come out as clean of the strap like you would expect.

My wife had an UP for a number of years, when it failed again she switched to the Fitbit and really likes it so far.

Got this for my 10 year old daughter for Christmas. She loves the step tracking and that it syncs with her iPhone.

For anyone wanting to step up their activities and monitor how they're doing, this one is easy to use and set up.

Tracks many useful things and accurate. Having to read my texts is also very helpful if my phone is not close to me.

Nothing pleases me more than to read reviews on a product and find that they were spot on. The Fitbit Alta Activity Tracker got great reviews and it's true. Now I haven't had it long and I, right now, use it just to track my steps but I'm totally pleased. I have an iPhone 6 that has a steps app and like comparing the two. They're pretty similar with the recorded steps. The only negative is that my wrist is so puny that even the small size is awkward on me.

This fit bit is awesome for tracking sleep patterns. I was actually amazed when I saw how well I was NOT sleeping.

Found the Alta Fit a great device for tracking steps and motivating you to walk beyond what you think you can.

Battery life is really good. Screen is nice and bright, easy to see even in the sun. The swapable bands are great!
