Poor quality
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We purchased this fit bid and in a matter of few month the charger cable connection fall a part and we had to get another one and in a year that one also fall a part. Obviously they have issues with these connection to charge the fitbit. Called customer Service and they refused to replace it because it was just over a year these things should not fall a apart like this it's only used to charge.
