    I am surprised how using a fitness tracker has helped me to increase my activity levels. And the heart rate tracking feature is fantastic. I am hoping that the flashing green lights don't have a bad reaction over time - I noticed that I have to take it off while syncing or I get a burning feeling on my wrist. Otherwise it is fantastic!
