    I like it overall

Overall I really enjoy the alta HR. The tracking and notifications are convenient, easy set up, easy to use, my battery lasts for about 4 days. It would be nice if they'd update it to include some of the same features the larger ones have (waterproof, auto recognition of more than just walking and hiking, etc.) but this one is good enough. I am a very petite female so this size was perfect. The charge2/3 and versa were enormous on my wrist and were not comfortable. Overall it was a good buy.

This little Fitbit does everything it claims. It’s lightweight to where you rarely know you’re wearing it. Battery life is great and I love the APP that works along side it.

My wife absolutely loves it. It keeps track of all her steps and monitors her sleep habits. The only bad thing is it doesn't track her workouts on the elliptical machine

I really enjoy the FitBit Alta HR. The small size is great for my wrist - I'm not a fan of big smart watches. This does everything I need it to without being too much.

I was looking for something that was light an sleek to monitor my steps. Works great An give you an idea of exactly how much walking you do in a day/week/months time.

I bought this gift for my wife and she loves it. Super easy to set up and have it sync with her iPhone. She loves that she can see her heartbeat when she works out and gets notifications for calls and messages.

Upgrade after I destroy my charge. Absolutely love this watch. Not only does it keep up with my heart rate and my sleep it accurately measure my steps. My charge sometimes accounting for steps that I did not take and then sometimes did not count steps I've actually taken. So far I've had no issues with this watch and I'm absolutely excited that I have purchased. Truly the best motivator out there.

A friend discovered she had heart problems with this device and I was curious anyway so bought one too. Love it!! I walk a lot and now I can see how many steps I take and it becomes a game to keep it up. It also let's me know how my sleep habits are(not good) but maybe I can try to improve that. Only thing I would have bought the gear 3 if I was buying a new one.

My wife's older Fitbit finally broke and decided to get her the Alta HR. She wears it every day and even to sleep. Loves it more than even her last Fitbit.

I live the narrow fit if the Fitbit Alta. I have shorter arms and can’t wear a wide watch comfortably. I love the features , especially the sleep tracker

I love the slim fit on my wrist! The FitBit Alta HR is super sleek and easy to manage. There are so many things that this little jewel can do so there are no excuses when it comes to eating, drinking water, calories burned, steps taken, how you slept, and so on! I thought it would be much harder to figure out but it's so fun and not difficult to track literally your every move!

I enjoy the size and usefulness of my Fitbit Ultra HR. I use it primarily to track my steps each day and to check my heart beat rate at any time.

Bought this for a relative that isn’t too tech savvy but needed to monitor her heartbeat. I had purchased one for Christmas for my wife and went on her recommendation. Most of the features work well, exercise reminder, heartbeat monitor, watch, connection to smartphone. The one area that they have noticed that doesn’t work so well is the step counter. Apparently since you wear it on your wrist, it monitors your wrist movements more than your actual steps. We tested this when my sister in law was sitting at a table when the buzzer went off reminding her she needed 250 steps to achieve her goal. Still seated, she achieved her “steps” by shaking her arm for a couple minutes. My wife noticed the same thing when we went on an extensive shopping trip, but since it was cold she had her hands in her coat pockets. It barely registered any of her steps even though my Fitbit One showed we had walked thousands of steps. Another relative mentioned the same happened to her as she went up and down steps holding the rail. It didn’t register most of her flights of steps. All of those that have these Fitbits say they are happy with them as they like the secondary features. And are conscientious to move their arms as they walk so their steps are counted. So I guess depending on your priorities and how much you like the cool features versus what I consider the core function, you may like this particular Fitbit model. I guess I could recommend it with some caveats.

If you are looking for a not so bulky tracker this is it. If you are doing an intense workout the heart rate monitor is perfect. Set your goals and get coaching all in one personal tracker.

This is my first activity tracker and so far I like it a lot. I picked this one after reading reviews and I like the fact that is petite, I also thought it would be good to have the heart rate monitor function. It s moderate accurate, and I like the notifications and reminders. Battery life is pretty good too. I would recommend it
