    I love the sleep recording. It seems to do a great job of tracking my sleep cycles. I do miss the button from the Charge 2. With the Alta you must use the app to start tracking your exercise accurately. The auto track doesn't do well for me, it only catches about half of my run. It also has a hard time keeping up with my heart rate during exercise.

    I am surprised how using a fitness tracker has helped me to increase my activity levels. And the heart rate tracking feature is fantastic. I am hoping that the flashing green lights don't have a bad reaction over time - I noticed that I have to take it off while syncing or I get a burning feeling on my wrist. Otherwise it is fantastic!

    Easy to use. Use it basically track sleep and steps. Paid extra to get the light pink wristband. Unfortunately the wristband broke within a year. Bought a replacement and found the package of 3 to be very soft and pliable. Unlike the original pink wristband which was very stiff. The package of wristbands has a white, light pink, and a dark blue. Still a happy customer.
