I am more aware of moving thanks to vibration alarms and have been pleasantly surprised that I am meeting daily goals easily. No surprise that I am not a sleeper, but I like the sleep tracker best. I had to special order a color as only black and grey were in stock, but received it in two days with free shipping. I am pleased with this purchase.
