It's pretty much the same as the Alta but it has the hr, more detailed sleep tracking, & the band is different. I felt the old band was easier to use so I returned it and got the Alta.

Heart rate monitor is nice, new style bands are interchangeable with original Alta bands. Light weight easy to wear. Syncs well with FitBit app on iPhone and I also us a FiBit scale.

I really enjoy the slimmer profile of my Alto HR Fitbit. It allows me to stylishly track my activity and sleep. The alarm that vibrates is also a pleasant way to awake.

Works great! Nice to know exactly how many steps I take in a days time. Also good to know, my sleep pattern, heart rate and the rest of the information it has. Good investment!

My daughter uses it at work. It also keeps track of her activity.

Love the sleek look and simple features. What I enjoy the most is the long battery life. I alternate between this and my Charge 2. Alta HR lasts me about ten days.

I absolutely love this Fitbit. I'm so happy to have one that measures my heart rate during my workouts that isn't gigantic. And I can change out the band to match what I'm wearing.

My wife is horrible to her jewelry, and her fit bit gets all of the worst from the garden, workouts and daily activities. This is her third one, the first died within the first year after a day of gardening, Fitbit replaced it (Awesome). She lost the second one, she hates the band with the little pegs holding the badn on they do not hold well so I am buying some bands that are less likely to fall off. Which is how she lost her last one. She really love them and wanted another one for Christmas so I am hoping this one will last long a few years before she manages to destroy this one.

Love this cause it tracks my sleep, movement, exercises, hydration & calories all in one place! Wish it was water proof though so you could shower & swim with it.

I love my Alta HR just wished it was waterproof. Love the size and the interchangeable wristbands. I like that you can be competitive with your friends or family. I even bought one for my boyfriend and he loves it.

I have the Fitbit Alta and it works well for me . It track my steps, sleep hours and sent a message when I have been still for a while. It is good if you are linked to a group that encourages you to move and it a great watch.

This is very user friendly and very smart. I like the structure of the watch and it keeps track on my daily activities. this helps me to improve my workout strength.
