purchased in June and recently have had trouble with the band. called Fitbit customer service and they were fantastic and replaced the band for me. professional and expedient service.

I am not "serious " runner or cyclist. The Fitbit has gotten me going. I set challenges and make sure I walk a minimum number of steps hourly.

It does most of what I was looking for. Step count is not accurate and the face is kind of small making it difficult to maneuver. It’s hard to find a good wrist tracker.

Bought this for my Bride for Mother's Day. Fitbit quality and a fantastic app make it effortless to set up and pair with your phone.

this is good for accountability and sleek. the look and because it was so slim was my main reason for buying. Doesn't always calculate stairs accurately. but happy overall with my purchase.

bought this because it's a trendier color than black. my mom wont wear it though, since it can become a hassle to take on and off. iphone odometer works just fine too

The tracker work well but often needs to be restated as well as the phone your using. The band didn't last a full year before I had to replace. But the tracker works well
