I went from the Fitbit Flex 2 to this and I love it! You can see who is calling you, the time and your heart rate! The only disappoint is it's not fully water resistant. I wear it all the time and have to remember to dry it after doing dishes or remove it before showering or going in the pool.

The product is easy to use, works great and I am extremely satisfied.

Bought this for my wife - she is petite with small wrists and this fit great. Battery lasts for almost a week without a charge. Wish it was waterproof but otherwise she’s really happy with it.

I am obsessed with Fitbit! I love the sleekness of the Alta and now that it has HR it is even better. Of course I miss my floors climbed with the Charge, but I won't be switching. I also love that you can change the bands. Smart move, Fitbit!

This was a good size for my wife. It fits perfectly and works great.

Bought Alta HR as a gift. Already have Fitbit Charge 2 and love it.

I have had my fitbit for a month now and there are things I love and don't love about it. The main reason why I bought this fitbit was to track my sleep quality. So far, it has only failed once to provide me insight into how much REM, Light, and Deep sleep I am getting each night. Even when it failed to provide the highly detailed info, it still provided basic info such as awake, asleep, and restless. I am fairly pleased with the sleep tracking function. The band is sleek and doesn't irritate my skin, which is a plus. The battery life leaves something to be desired; I expected it to last a week, defined as 7 days, but it lasts around 4-5 days. Charging is quick though, 1-2 hours. The step tracker often records false steps, so I ignore the step alerts. The thing that annoys me the most though is not being able to get the display to appear. A flip of the wrist doesn't work most of the time and I have to double slap the screen because a firm double tap doesn't work. The device is not very responsive in this respect. Since I stopped wearing my watch with the fitbit, it is the only way for me to tell time and it's not very good at providing a quick read. Overall I give it three stars because it does well what I bought it for, but I had to deduct stars for the short battery life and inability to show the display quickly.

It’s a great fitness tracker for counting steps and monitoring your sleep patterns. The app that goes with it is great to keep up with friends and challenge each other. Only downside is that it’s not water resistant.

This little fitbit is small enough to fit my wife's small wrist. It works great. Has many settings. You can link to smart phone and track a lot of things including not only your steps, but things like your sleep pattern. Wife loves it!

I picked this Alta HR for my wife for Christmas this year and had her try it our to make sure she was happy with it. Last year I had gotten her the original Alta and she was not happy with the band because it was stiff and difficult to clasp. The Alta HR's band is more like a typical watch band with a standard clasp and she says it is more comfortable.
