Really like this scale. It was really easy to set up and sync with my iPhone.

works great on all function's, I like that it gives reading to the tenth of a pound .

First one did not work once it was set up. If your not a technical person you might have trouble setting this up. I used my iPhone to connect it to my wireless network. Once it is connected, you stand on it, it takes measurements and uploads it to your fitbit account for tracking. It is a cool toy. Support was helpful when my first one failed.

The scale will sometimes get my wife and I confused. I weigh 100 lbs more than her.

overall i love this device. maybe a little pricey for what it is but still a really good piece of tech. I'm pretty tech literate and the setup was not quite plug and play as advertised. the user sensing is pretty cool but it sometimes thinks I'm a guest and then doesn't take a body fat reading. all minor gripes as it works 90% of the time.

I haven't had a chance to try this product out because the setup is a nightmare. I downloads the set up software on my HP laptop and it did not work. I tried setting up via my iPhone and it was still a no go. I plan to call Fitbit support services.

This scale is a wonderful fitness tool.,,,,once you get it set up. Let me explain. The initial setup starts by connecting to the WiFi network it creates and configuring it to connect to your own. The problem is that both the app and PC tools use WEB PAGES to perform the process. So once you connect to the scale and click or tap "Next" you get "Can't display web page." I would much rather of had a web based config page like that on a printer or router to set it up for those that understand what they are doing. I had to manually switch networks at the right time and then run ipconfig /release and /renew to re-connect to the web to allow the setup to complete. Once I got it set up, it was brilliant. The results fed into my Fitbit profile and I could invite my wife's profile to use it too. I simply hope I NEVER have to set it up again.

I love these scales. Combined with the watch, my life has completely changed.
