Even with all the "technology" this scale is still pretty easy to use and understand. I also appreciate that it will send my weight and body fat information (good or bad) to my FitBit app so I don't have to remember to enter it myself.

Before I used to write down or pull out my phone to jot down whatever weight was shown by the little needed. No longer do I need that with this and the Fitbit App. Once connected to WiFi it will automatically transmit that data on over to the app allowing me to keep track and not miss a beat.
