Works exactly as I want, syncing with Fitbit acct.

This thing is easy to use and helped me loss 15 lb

Cannot get scale set up and directions do not help or give you any suggestions on how to get the scale set up. Very disappointing as I was looking forward to using the scale to go with my fitbit.

Great way to motivate to be more active. Easy to use.

I want to say I hate this scale because it shows me I still have a ways to go, I find myself attracted to it and the syncing with my online fitbit account really helps me maintain accountability. I am very happy we made this purchase.

Fit bit leaves out the very important set up step of having the scale within 3 feet from your wifi router in order to successfully sync it. Hopefully, someone will read this and save themselves an hour or two of frustration. For weeks I was heavily dieting and losing weight, things were going well until I weighed myself one morning and it claimed I gained 10 lbs overnight. Since then it's been giving inaccurate readings despite being calibrated more than twice. Unfortunately, I'll be returning it to the store today. The journey of losing weight can be frustrating enough to be worried if I'm losing weight or not because my scale is inaccurate.

I like it. I like the wifi feature updates to fitbit.

I find this to be very helpful in entering my weight everyday. I like how it syncs with my fitbit app. I'm not sure how accurate the body fat measurements are...but it's more with this method of getting data and not the specific device.

Unfortunately, it is difficult to connect to the Wifi and I’m constantly having to replace the batteries because the scale is trying to connect to the WiFi but never finds it. So to preserve my batteries, I take the batteries out with each use. It is very frustrating having to hassle with batteries every time and I’m done investing in new batteries nearly every 4 weeks.

Basically have to weigh myself twice to get an accurate reading. First step on scale can be up to 10 lbs more than the second try. Not sure why but happens. Only one user for the scale so it's not sensing anyone else's profile.

I have repeated the setup sequence several times. Each time it works once or twice but the next day I’m back to “Sencing..Step.. Thinking..ERR” The scale is on a ceramic tile floor and I had it as close as 6ft from my router. I really cannot go through the setup procedure each time I want to weigh myself. I have tried also several times to contact Fitbit support but never got a response.

accurate weight and nice to use with the Fitbit app, but don't buy it in calculating in body fat %, it's pretty inaccurate and gives me percentages varying 5-7% every day.

Other than the initial setup to wifi, this is an awesome scale. The wifi connectivity could also be my fault for having spotty wifi in my house. Had to move the scale to the kitchen for it to work but as it turns out that is a great place for a scale! You think twice about that snack when the scale is next to the fridge

Aria is good scale I give it an 8 out of 10. Overall happy with the scale. It synchs with my fit bit and fit bit .com to record weights and can set up for 2 people. We can't get body fat to record and their are little to no instruction for fixing.

This is just a basic scale save money and manually enter your weight. It was easy to connect to wifi but it did update to my Fitbit app. I returned it after 2 weeks.

Well I was expecting a little more from this scale for the price and it did not deliver There are plenty of scales that are much less expensive that will work just fine

As a long time fitbit user, I was excited to add the aria scale to the family. Setup was not so smooth, but after some troubleshooting and several power cycles, it was working. then as few weeks later, it died. Not just power, it does not weigh any longer, you know, the central function to any scale. Fitbit does NOT have a call center so service response was slow and unhelpful. For the price fitbit charges for its products, I would expect better customer service. A standard scale might be a better fit if you don't want to feel with the headaches.

It was a bit of a pain to set up initially (Getting it onto Wi-Fi), but it works great now that is set up. It's very nice to just step on the scale and have the weight automatically update in my FitBit App.

It's a great digital scale and links to fitbit for 1 person. It does say multiple people up to 5 can link to it but I have not figured it out yet even after reading the instructions. It gives you a BMI reading as well.
