I purchased a fitbit which has been awesome. To go with that I purchased a scale. The software to sync it to the network is hit or miss. Worse yet after getting a success message all the scale would do is show "error" after had everything set up. They have no phone number for customer support and you must send an email. A day later they sent a response with stupid things like - are the batteries installed - you probably don't have it on a flat surface .... I responded with some not so kind comments. Another day later they responded - yeah you have a defective one. They did send out another and told me to trash the first one. It was a very frustrating process. .

Like other Fitbit products the scale helps you keep track of your weight by logging it every time you step on. Also calculates body fat if you are barefoot. Only drawback is you can't easily download to a spreadsheet.

The scale setup worked exactly as the instructions indicated and is very convenient to use and track my progress in the Fitbit app. Have had no issues at all. The battery still shows full although we've only had it about 45 days. The ability to recognize multiple users is a great feature too.

I read a lot of reviews before buying it and I was very satisfied when I got one I use it with my fit bit In my family uses it with stairs it works great I've only had it for a few days but so far so good It's very fast and easy to pair with your phone and the company app

I had the scale for about 2 weeks and it worked well until I got and error and would no longer work. Called customer service and the final outcome is they sent me a new scale. So far it continues to work.

Works exactly like it should. Although I am not sure the body fat measurment is quite accurate, it works as a great scale that allows for fast and easy readings that sync with Fitbit.com quickly and simply.

I love this Scale. It was a little difficult to set up at first, but overall took about 15 minutes total. I love how it syncs directly with my Fitbit app and also calculates my BMI. A bit on the expensive side for a scale, but I'm glad that I splurged.

I got this with rewards to go with my HR, I love that it syncs automatically with the weight to your account. However, I'm questionable about the accuracy of the body fat %. It still helps me track though.

Not much you can say about a scale, but the integration with one of the Fitbit fitness trackers and wireless connectivity is pure genius. Creates an all inclusive fitness ecosystem that will visually show you results. The perfect tool for a little extra motivation.

Looks good. Black version shows dust easily so I would get the White. Not the most accurate, usually shows a weight change of 2/3 lbs per day which can make it annoying to track. Works great with the app

Scale works well and easily ties into wireless connectivity. Calculation of BMI is crazy - highly variable (changes from minute to minute) and runs high overall. If that doesn't matter it is a good scale.

My husband purchased the Aria scale for me for our anniversary and it has been a great addition to our Fitbit family. Being a person that likes to log, it is super convenient that it automatically syncs with Fitbit app and MyFitnessPal. Definitely recommend.

After opening the box and pulling the scale out it took a little time to figure out how to get it to work (not difficult at all, I was paying attention). If you have a Fitbit and want to keep yourself even more honest with regards to your activity get THIS!

This was a very disappointing purchase. After much research I settled on this scales despite some bad reviews as the majority were positive and I was eager to use the syncing functions to my iPhone. The main reason I decided on this one was the ability to use it with both apple and android devices, as we use both in our household. The ordering process was straightforward and it arrived very promptly which was a bonus. From there on it only went downhill. We unpacked the scales and I read the instructions included, which I might add are very basic. I ended up consulting the internet for more detailed instructions, which you can find easily enough and there is even a you tube tutorial. We followed the instructions to the letter and low and behold we got an error message indicating that the wi-fi had failed and the device couldn't sync. After a few more tries (actually too many to count) we consulted the internet again and fund that a lot of people had come across this problem. Apparently it could be a problem with our ISP and is an issue that is almost impossible to solve. We still tried though! We logged in to our router and checked our firewall settings, we reset and tried again, we basically tried every troubleshooting option we came across on the web and still came up with the same error. We really did give it everything to try get it going but eventually had to give up. We could have used it as a normal scales but there was no way we were paying $130 for what was essentially worth maybe $30-$40. We returned it a few days later.

My husband gave me a Fitbit band with this scale. It was a great bundle from Best Buy. It grealtly motivates me to meet my goals and track my weight loss( or gain) Since scale is interfaced to FitBit dashboard, you can not " cheat" on weight numbers. I weigh myself once a week

Had a bit of an issue getting to work with my WiFi at home. But after that it works flawlessly . Since I purchased this it helps me keep track with the fitbit app and I've lost 12lbs. So far so good.

I am in love with my Fitbit and the scale made it complete. It works perfectly and is the perfect size/style. I use it everyday and it has helped me maintain my weight. Would recommend this product to anyone and have encouraged many of my friends to buy it.

My family and I are "fitbiters" and so we decided to try this scale out! I'm not certain how accurate it is with regards to bfp but it sure keeps us all motivated! Definitely a great addition to our household!

We've had it for over a month and are still on the first set of batteries. It is easy to set up and works flawlessly. It is very motivating to see the down ward (& upward) trends on weight, fat, and BMI on line.

Great scale, integrates with Fitbit app. You need a good wifi signal for it to sync with the app. I can't use the scale in the bathroom but it works great in areas with a stronger signal.
