    Took considerable time to install. Had to re-enter passwords many many times for it to finally be accepted. Finally scale worked the first day. Day 2, stepped on the scale and got "STEP OFF" "ERR" . It never worked. Had enough frustration, packed it up and took it back and got my money back.
