scale works great, but bluetooth connection is intermittent at best with fitbit app/software.

The aria should be able to have multiple users but I am finding it extremely difficult to do.

No way BMI is right. I'm starting to see my abs again and its telling me I'm still at 26% body fat. Thats impossible. Strongly considering returning it to BB. Weight measurement is off as well. I weigh 5 or 6 times per day on this thing and the measurement at my gym is always 2lbs different. I weigh at home naked on the scale, with shorts at the gym. Gym's always less.

Had a hard time connecting my phone to this Fitbit. I think it should be smarter!!!

If other family members want to use it, it logs them as guests and doesn't give their bmi

Good scale body fat percent is way off if that's what you want it for don't buy

Not as consistent as expected. Difficult to set up and use for multiple people.

It gives me a weight 5 pounds heavier right away when I first get on it. On second weighing it goes through the actual process of doing BMI and gives the correct weight. My BMI shows over 41% when my trainer has me at 26%. I bought it to get an accurate BMI but I am very disappointed. I'd return it if I could.

It was hard to connect to different devices and we end getting frustrated and returned it

It is a very nice scale, however it is very difficult to get connected too.

It is ok but not what I thought it would be. My husband is fond of it either.

I had some issues with this when I had it, but was able to solve them by replacing the batteries. Unfortunately, the sensors failed after its warranty had expired. Customer support recommended that I purchase their new and improved product instead of solving my issue. I did not.

I really like the scale. It was slightly hard to link with wifi.

Syncing or pairing this item is difficult. You must have a computer --it cannot be done with just an I-Phone or I-Pad. I had to e-mail for tech support as no telephone # was given. It was @$125 and to be honest, it gives me no more information than the $30 scale I had previously.

Helpful that it uploads the weight to the online fitbit account.

The wifi signal must be pretty strong for the sync to work.

May not be so accurate in its fat percentage calculation.

Seems to work good. Does not include an instruction manual.
