Very Disappointing
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very disappointed in this scale. It's not accurate. I have other professional scales and this one is consistently high, both in the weight and fat calculation. The weight is high by 1 -4 pounds consistently. The fat calculation is double every other scale or method. In addition, the scale is inconsistent. Weigh yourself. Get one number. Weight yourself again immediately and get a totally different number, up or down by up to 5 pounds. I would not recommend to anyone.

Not what I expected
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Had to put in the info to my Fitbit weight tracker anyway, bought a $40 scale that gave me all the same info and ended up with the same results. Definitely not worth the money

The product wouldn't sync
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The scale looks nice, but I could not get it to sync with my fit bits even after trying repeatedly. I returned it. The technical difficulties may have had to do with my wireless connection at home.

Difficult setup, buggy wifi, poor customer service
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After about a of week trying to connect this scale to my home wifi, with several emails to customer service, Fitbit finally sent me a reply telling me their software had a bug and WOULD NOT WORK on my wifi network. Also, they don't tell you this, but if your home router uses a high-speed wifi standard, this scale's low-speed wifi can SLOW DOWN your home network by causing your router to drop down to a lower speed. You may want to check your router settings before using this product. Setup was difficult (poor instructions), and customer service was polite, but VERY SLOW to respond. I finally returned the product.

Has its Issues
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Scale does its thing but had to exchange my original due to having issues connecting to WiFi. New one works but takes hours sometimes to upload to Fitbit account.

Problematic, but good customer service
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am now on my third scale.. each worked and then quit after a couple months. Luckily, each time, Fitbit customer service replaced it promptly with no questions asked. Still annoying though!

The product wouldn't sync
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After numerous attempts to sync the scale to my fitbit, I gave up and returned it. The scale looked nice, and had good reviews on line, so perhaps this was a wifi problem.

Exceeds all expectations
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Only difficulty was syncing the scale to iPhone suggest sync to computer then it will connect to iPhone with ease. Also there is a few minutes of delay with the sync.

Not extremely accurate
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I can weigh three times in a row and get three different results. Not accurate. I weigh myself on my 15 yr old scale and compare with this new, inaccurate scale.

Not worth the money
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this scale for my wife along with an upgraded fitbit. The scale is supposed to be wireless and syncs and connects to her fitbit device. It does not connect. We have tried multiple times. We have reached out to fitbit. We checked and made sure that our internet is right for the device. Nothing works. It's a waste of money. We can use the scale but not for it's intended purpose. I could have purchased a regular scale for was way less. Very disappointed.

Stay Away!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this with the intention of managing my weight better of course but I quickly found that regardless of what I did it wouldn't connect to my home network and also wouldn't function as just a stand alone scale without a connection. I email FitBit customer service several times and they were no help at all. Returned for a refund.

Not worth it
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The scale was very difficult to set up, and then after a few years, it required and antiquated wireless network protocol 802.11b. Also, it gets stuck in a loop where it is constantly displays "Sensing/Thinking ERR" (there are customers all over the net with this same issue). I struggled with their customer service for more than a year before I threw it out..

Very Inaccurate
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The scale syncs to the Fitbit App which is cool, but it weighs 2-4 pounds less than the actual weight.

Only works with 802.11b wireless network
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have been a Fitbit user for the last 3 years... it would not connect to my network. I tried to connect via PC and via app on my iPhone for 4 hours and gave up for the day. A found a forum on Fitbit site, people had issues connecting. There's a workaround that is not simple and a security concern for me. Note, my network is good for 802.11b/g/n. I will be returning this. I may buy again later when Fitbit fix the network connectivity.

Okay
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Idk I bought this for my fiancé, wasn't too crazy about. It's an overpriced scale. It also says you can't use while pregnant... odd

Don't bother!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Returned 1st one as I couldn't get it to connect thinking it was internal error. Same w 2nd and there is NO technical support number to call. I spent almost 5hrs trying. It would recognize my router but wouldn't stay connected. Searched Internet forums too, no luck. Disappointed as my fitbit force helped me lose 30lbs. Was looking forward to the motivation of the scale.

Motivating scale
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've had this scale for over a month now and I'm in love. It's beautiful and makes it easy to monitor your weight and helps you achieve your goals. It's easy to use, just step on and that's it! I weight myself first thing in the morning and most of the time I'm half asleep, so it's great that you don't have to remember the reading, it uploads to the website and you can check it later. I've read reviews saying it's hard to set up but I strongly disagree, it was easy the first time and again easy when setting it up after moving to a different place with a different network. Maybe the bad reviews are for a specific lot? Anyway, if it breaks I'm sure the company would gladly replace it or something. The wireless update works great and so does the website. You can analyze your data and integrate it into a few other web services. The weight reading is accurate (I compared to my Wii Fit and another scale I had), but I'm not sure about the fat % accuracy, since it reads way different than the reading I get at the gym. However, I've researched a bit and it seems no fat % reader is too accurate, and since I don't mind at all (just a number for me) it makes no big difference in my love for the Aria Scale. I think the only downside is the price, but to be honest I would gladly pay it again for this great product.

Not Even Close to Accurate
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The scale was all over the place with my weight. One time I would weigh 270, the next time (a few seconds later) I would weigh 253, then 266... never once did it even get close to my actual weight of 285. I calibrated it several times and read all the directions, so I don't know what was wrong with it, so I returned it and bought a Withings scale and that one has been accurate since day one. I am now down to 273! Yeah me! A long ways to go though!
