Have yet to set up my scale - it continues to be "unrecognized" on my wi fi.

I am not happy with the purchase. Product stop syncing on the second week.

Wish it could work on newer wifi. Scale was awesome. Returned it.

For those in the Fitbit ecosystem, the Aria scale is a perfect companion. I've owned it for 2 years now and it is still functioning perfectly. Setup at first was a little difficult, but I recommend using the app instead of a laptop/computer to setup. Weight and body fat readings are accurate and automatically synced to your Fitbit account/app. Battery life is also great, I've only changed the batteries once in 2 years.

The scale malfunctioned in less than 2 yrs. Turns on by itself -- without anyone in the room. FitBit customer service did not care. Glad I bought the 2 yr extended warranty because I'm going to need to use it.

This scale does not pair very well with your computer or your fitbit. It also does not want to work properly when weighing yourself. I would not waste your money on buying this product. Just do what i did and buy a cheap scale and manually enter your weight.

I spent what seemed like hours on the phone with Fitbit trying to get this scale to work. Even swapped out the unit and still couldn't get it to work. I love my Fitbit Blaze, but this scale is a bust.

I could not get it to link up so that I could use.

Would not connect to wifi. Fitbit does not provide cystomer support except via email. Email arrived well after I returned. Hopefully a follow on version will fix the problem.

Haven't had it even six months and it won't work. Have called Fitbit support and nothing, nada, still won't work. Have been told to return it. The Fitbit Blaze I bought WITH the scale stopped working two months ago. Fitbit products are horrible.

Not very accurate. I weigh something different every time I step on the scale. I can weigh myself, let it send the data to my app and then get back on it and weigh something else completely different. Any where from a pound to a few ounces.

The scale worked fine for almost 30 days. Now it just gives an ERR message. Fitbit's FAQ on their website does not offer any solution except contacting customer support, but I have not heard back from them. I'll be taking it back to the store tomorrow for a refund.

If the scale links to your wifi it is great. Problem is it does not always link. Sometimes yes and other times no. Scale would be much better if it was Bluetooth or you were able to synch or pull data using your phone or computer.

I had to purchase a new Fitbit scale because my old one was out of warranty by a few days. Fitbit customer service would NOT stand by their product and honor it even though it was only a few days outside the warranty.

Tried to connect the device via the Internet over 3 days. Also, tried the online help and still could not get the device to connect to the computer or the phone. Defeats the whole purpose of having such a device.

scale simply does not function. 1. does not connect to wifi network 2. inaccurate weight reading 3. wont calculate body fat due to inability to set up scale. 4. cant update firmware due to inability to connect to wifi. returned twice.
