I returned mine; it would not sync properly and it took FitBit customer service a week to get back to me via email. They do not a customer service department with the ability to make a phone call. Will never purchase their products again.

This scale sounds great in theory but is a nightmare. I still have not been able to sync it with my Fitbit after following all the instructions and going through what fitbit help told me to do.

I purchased this thinking it would be a breeze to connect. Not so much. Very confusing and I am somewhat computer savy. I ended up taking it back. Not a simple find and connect at all.

Scale is horrible. Save yourself the 3-4 hours of aggravation. I'll save you the suspense. You will get mad when you can't figure it out and it will be returned. Good luck.

This scale is NOT needed to use your fitbit. It's a sharp pain in the butt to set up and use - in fact, we still don't have it working and keep getting an error code!

The scale was great at first but now it's very inconsistent with my weight. It says I weigh like 100 pounds less. It works when it wants to im going to return.

Fitbit was an excellent company until they partnered with Google. I immediately trashed every Fitbit device I had upon discovering this atrocity

hadt to return it once because the scale weight was inaccurate. Also the body fat % is faulty.

Only works on one type of frequency which affected my other devices on my network. I really would have liked the product if it would have linked to my network.

It was complicated to connect to the wifi not what I expected to happen so I had to return it a scale shouldn't be that complicated

I was getting tired of weighing myself with an old fashioned scale then imputing the data into my Fitbit account. I also thought the scale was a bit over priced but after purchasing it I found it to be well worth the cost. First let me explain that initial setting up of the device was a piece of cake. Easy, well explained directions. The second user took a bit to figure out but nothing tragic. I believe it can track up to 8 people and if a friend happens to step on it without a Fitbit they are greeted with "Guest". The overall design is very modern. Accuracy is good if not great. The data upload to my account is near instant. The display is large and easy to read. I have only had it for about 3 weeks and so far the battery life seems to be holding up. In addition the scale encourages me to workout on a near daily basis as I have set a very aggressive goal for myself. I would recommend to a friend.

Didn't like it. Was a waste of money. It was a simple design that was too expensive. Didn't work with wifi like it said it would

The body fat reading was consistently off more than 25% The weight measurement was off 1-2 pounds. Product not yet ready for prime time.

Never able to properly set up on my network. Would have been nice to have more than online help. Unit was defective. Wasted a lot of my time.

The FitBit Aria is a great scale for anyone trying to loose some weight and serious about keeping track of their progress. When you download the software and enter in all your info the scale recognizes you using the details of your profile so multiple people in you house can use the scale.

This scale is accurate, easy to set up and use, and looks great.

Couldn't connect to my wireless internet. Too much trouble to connect for a $150 scale so I ended up returning it.

The scale works awesome which I like! I just hate that it doesn't work with all wifi connections.

This product did not work. Was not user friendly and very difficult to use. Returned the product.

Never was able to set up with my network without getting error message.
