The unit I got wouldn't connect to my wifi, so that was not a positive experience.

The scale is VERY inaccurate and useless. Do NOT waste your money on this product!

Spent 3 hours on the phone with support and still could not get WIFI to link.

I Took it back. I spent 2 days trying to get it to sync. Wasted my time.

Terrible product, I couldn't get connected and their agent couldn't assist.

This is a great add on for Fitbit users since it integrates into your Fitbit account, uploading your weight and body lean/fat percentages automatically. They are available in the app within seconds. It's a tad on the expensive side, so if you're not using a Fitbit, there are probably cheaper options available. It's also a little clunky to set up, requiring you to change your Wifi settings on your phone or computer to connect directly to the scale to set it up.

Bought this to integrate into my Fitbit Surge which it does nicely. It is seamless to set up and takes about 3 minutes to join your home WiFi and add into your Fitbit account. Unlike the Withings WiFi scale, which kept losing connectivity, you dont have to go into the app and then add your Wifi to the scale, the scale actually uses the Dashboard within the website to add to your network which is a lot easier and works a lot better. So far the few times I tried this it works great. It measures weight and body fat but does not surprisingly do a BMI which they should add down the road. Plus it seems to be more accurate than the Withings scale which was off about 5 pounds. Screen is easy to read and scale is thin and compact which is nice. Black color is better than the white which looks like it could get dirty easy. I would highly recommend. Price was a bit steep but in line with other WiFi scales.

I absolutely love the fact that it stores multiple users profile which is extremely important for anyone with multiple household members. Extremely easy to setup and connect to your wireless. Also I have checked the BMI and the scale proves to be very accurate

You can step on it very reading is different absolutely hated this product

This product is all about metrics. It does a few important things; tracks your weight, body fat percentage, lean percentage, and BMI. It ties in with the FitBit application which makes tracking weight easy and visualizes it quite well. I am by no means a FitBit loyal customer as I have Garmin products; what I like about this is that I can sync my data with MyFitnessPal which syncs to my Garmin app. So while I don't have a Garmin weight tracker I am still able to seamlessly track my weight across products. I sometimes question the accuracy of this product however I enjoy nonetheless.

Admittedly I am a tech idiot but I figured I could follow these simple directions. I made an error though in putting in the password for our wifi which resulted in me having to call our wifi provider and reset our computer and internet. It also seemed to jam the scale mid-setup process where it was past the point of me setting up a fitbit account but prior to me registering the product so it seemed to think I had already done it every time I took the battery out and tried to begin the setup process again. I bought the scale because my old one seemed inaccurate. I would weigh myself and then immediately do it again and the answer would vary wildly by like 2 or 3 pounds. This scale varies too, though seems more reliable as it will vary by like 2 tenths of a pound. The graphs online are motivating and the body fat and bmi feature are interesting data. Overall I am pleased now that setup is out of the way.

This is probably the most expensive scale I have every bought, but it an excellent gift, The app sync setup was a bit of a pain, but once it worked it was a huge benefit. The weight syncing with the phone app is very helpful. Gone are the days of keeping a pen and paper log to track your progress.

I had purchased a Fitbit One and was pleased with the entire concept-tracks steps, sleep, calories and overall progress. Fitbit recommended the Aria scale to track weight and body fat as well. It replaces an ordinary digital scale. This one uses your home network to access your Fitbit account info and activity-just the motivation I need and it keeps me honest about my fitness level. I would recommend this scale as an additional tool to get and keep me on track.

You can count on fitbit to back their products. The scale is pretty accurate, and helps you reach your goals with the companion app that you can download and install on your phone. Should any issues arise, the fitbit customer support team are more than helpful even helping to determine whether your device can be defecting and replacing it for you.
