THIS WAS A GREAT SCALE AND VERY EASY TO SET UP AND USE , LOVE IT

This scale was pretty easy to setup, highly recommend it.

I love the ARIA Resort & Casino - Las Vegas Hotel! I hope you love them too. These should be installed inside the hotel. Looks so cool. They are awesome. Very useful to lose weight! You just stand on it! Many places dont carry these! You have to get them at Best Buy! THANK YOU!

I love how this product syncs to my phone and Fitbit easily! My only complaint is that if the scale is not completely flat on the floor it gives a completely incorrect reading, by like 30lbs. But otherwise great

First of all this thing looks great but that's it. The software is a joke so I would suggest using your cell phone to try and connect it to WIFI but even then I was not successful at getting it to connect. After 2 hours of trying, watching You Tube videos on how to do it I could not get it to work and the last draw was when the website stopped working. I can save $120 by buying a notebook and pen and tracking the old fashioned way. I returned it without a replacement.

I love my fitibit so I bought the scale BUT the setup was a nightmare! After several attempts I got it onto my network and it worked once....then it lost the network and got stuck in the "joining" phase. (I have all of the equipment necessary as described in the instructions) I worked with it for a week and finally returned it. I purchased the Witherings Body Analyzer scale and love it! Simple set up using your cell phone....AND it sends my stats to my fitbit account so it's still a win. I'm very disappointed that a Fitbit product would be so bad.

I really liked the idea of the Fitbit Aria scale but when I got it home and attempted to set it up it wasn't linking with my WiFi properly. I called Fitbit and the customer service said that only routers that operate on 802.11B works with the scale. It appears that I do not have a comparable router so I have to return the item. I would have liked to know that this may have been an issue in the first place.

This device runs old software and it's impossible to connect to your wifi...Amazon has OVER 1,000 complaints on this issue and the company only replies with contacting their poor customer service...DO not buy this product especially if you have a newer router...This is one of worst pcs. of electronic I've ever bought for the money..Best Buy should NOT be selling this product to their loyal customers....The company is way out of date with the software and DOES not do anything to correct it...

Weighed myself several times consecutively and each time the weight was different; ranged anywhere from 3 to 8 pounds different. Lowest weight it registered is 5 pounds higher than another home scale that I know is accurate. How can my calorie goal be accurate if the weight it sends to the app isn't... For the money spent I expect it to be more accurate, at the very least consistent.

The scale is good but does not accurately measure body fat. Overall happy with the purchase.

Bought to go along with my ChargeHR. Great that it automatically syncs to my FitBit Dashboard. Question the accuracy of body fat %.

At first I was extremely excited about my new aria. I've owned a fitbit for a few months and was excited to add this to my exercise gadget arsenal. My wife and I both use the product and noticed during our first week that the scale's readings seemed extremely off. We re-calibrated and tested it again which gave us a slightly more accurate reading. We've kept a very consistent pattern for measuring our weight: Always on a Friday, always first thing in the morning prior to food or drink (in a fasted state) and always in the exact same location. Each week our readings have been extremely spiky in an impossible way. The thing that seems to be most off is the body fat% reading (honestly, the most important measurement). I somehow went from 16% body fat one week to 46 the next, back down to 20 something and then spiked up to 60. If I had been eating or drinking a lot prior to the weigh ins, I'd expect this, but with keeping our same fasted state each time this just seems too wildly inconsistent (especially for the price). The actual weight measurements are off by about 2 pounds each time as well and vary by as much as 6 pounds just by stepping off of the scale and back on. I was concerned about these measurements so went to my local gym to have my bf% professionally measured and found that the scale hasn't been anywhere accurate at any point in time. I also tested several other body weight scales and found that I was consistently two pounds heavier than the scale reported to me (while still in a fasted state). Overall, for the price paid, I was expecting a lot more from this scale. I'll definitely be returning it this weekend .

This item has worked as described and makes it easy to monitor and track weight and Body Mass percentages.. I would receomend this to anyone who has a desire to improve their health

I was very excited to use this scale along with my fitbit chargeHR. The scale would never give me my weight just read BF? After reading online, I saw that there were a lot of others that had this same problem and just ended up having to return the scale. Definitely not worth the money to just tell me my weight.

Every Now and then, the batteries keep dislodging from the battery holder and the Machine stops working. I do see that the spring casing had got displaced. If the Unit cannot hold batteries tight, the design is unfit to be used in weighing scales. I wish I had rather bought a protection plan or a cheaper scale from Costco. The Arias don't match the other fitbit products.

I tried for one week to get it to connect and it never would. I did everything on the instructions right but it would not connect. After all the steps, it would say success with the green check mark, but when I got on the scale it would read ERR. I do believe it would be an awesome scale if I could just connect. I returned it and thought maybe I would try another at a later date.

This along with the FitBit pedometer and calorie monitor keep me keep on track in my weight management program.

this scale will ultimately break usually after the 1 year warranty period. Ours broke after 24 months. Fitbit will do nothing since its past warranty period. Their recommendation was to recycle it in an environmentally conscious manner. The scale will display "step off" ... "Thinking" .. ERR. Aria scale will turn on by itself with no one near it, draining the batteries in less than a week. Fitbit community message board is riddled with people having the same issue. Reviews at other sites indicate this issue is very common and related to hardware design flaw that Fitnit will not fix. We now have.a 2 year old $130 paperweight. I expected more from Fitbit in terms of them standing behind their product but was sorely disappointed.

Bought this scale when we decided to try & lose some weight. Love the fact that it syncs with our gadgets. Set up was easy & fast.
