I like it but it says you can add up to five users but it would only let me add myself and didn't offer any resolutions when I contacted support.

The scale links easy enough to your fit bit as well as your Wi-Fi. The only complaint I really have is that I only get a fairly accurate reading in my kitchen. I took my first weigh in in my kitchen, then put the scale in my bathroom (both were hard surfaces) but I weighed about 20lbs less in the bathroom than I did in the kitchen. So, my suggestion is find the right surface & leave the scales there.

States on the box as well as instructions that it will work with Android and iPhones. The device is really set up to work with Fitbit only. Tried numerous times to connect to Samsung smartphones and was unsuccessful. Reached out to support support walked us through step by step on how to set up. Never able to get the actual stats that it states you can get on the box itself. Return to store.

Failed to sync to my phone and fitbit. Weighed and saved the first time and everytime after that, it kept weighing me as "guest" and wouldn't save progress. Now about a month later it won't weigh at all and I can't reset it. Tried removing batteries, nothing. I wouldn't recommend. If you absolutely need tic keep your weight tracked through the Fitbit app, use a regular scale and update it manually.

Not sure weight is quite accurate or percentage body fat. How does it know my muscle mass?

The convenience is cool as it hooks right into the Fitbit system. My only complaint is that it is not always accurate.

Nor the easiest to sync more than one fit bit user too. Have watched the videos and still having a hard time.

It's ok, stopped caring about my weight and all the other fat mass etc. it's a pain in the but to setup users!

Fitbit fails to say that the home network MUST be internet connected in order to setup the Aria scale.

setup sucks and hard to add multiple users, wifi range sucks as well

The scale is not consistent nor accurate. It will vary on the same person 5-7 pounds on a weight taken minutes apart.

I was really excited to try out the Aria scale and quickly drove home to set it up. Four hours later, I still couldn't get it to connect to my wireless network. I tried my iPhone, my iPad, my Macbook and my Windows PC. I used the browser installer in Safari and IE to no avail. I next tried their installation tool. No dice. After spending 2 hours on the phone with customer service they sail I needed to call my ISP to have them reconfigure my router to work with the scale - my network was "to fast" for the product. WHAT!? I called my ISP and followed the instructions that FitBit gave me and still no dice. I did a search online and it turns out this is a fairly typical problem. My router is about 3 years old so I would not consider it "new" by any stretch of the imagination and I have a number of different devices that I have connected without any issues. FitBit needs to get with the program. I am a pretty techie guy and this was one of the most frustrating experiences I've ever had. Very disappointed...

I got the scale to monitor my body fat percentage, and it does just that.

I didn't like this scale. Too many specs. I just want a scale that doesn't need to sync to an app.

As a scale it works, but i still can't get it to sync with my fitbit.... i eventually gave up.

Scales doesn't have enough benefits for the price. Returned it.

This seemed like a neat little tool at first but we've had issues off and on with it syncing.

I found the directions for syncing multiple devices very difficult.

scale works great, but bluetooth connection is intermittent at best with fitbit app/software.

The aria should be able to have multiple users but I am finding it extremely difficult to do.
