This is a great idea and a good looking scale. It is inaccurate. You can get on and weigh and 5 minutes later weigh again and vary 10 pounds. (Clothing and circumstances remain constant.) It does not seem that moving in to other locations make a difference. I have used in on flat surfaces in different areas for a week at a time.

This is a neat product but you are absolutely paying a premium for the few bulletpoints it holds over a traditional scale. If you don't plan on signing up for a Fitbit account to track your stats online or via a phone app, I would not recommend this item. My biggest gripe is that some features are hidden behind an account and everyone that would want to use the scale's features would need one.

i wanted a scale that would easily link my weight to my phone because i'm lazy, and this is perfect for it.

I use them both together. Although they are a bit pricey, the constant reminders keep you on track with your diet and exercise.
