Very pleased with purchase. Fitbit Blaze is so much better than the CHR that I previously owned.

Seems to be really good so far I ha e found the steps to be off a tad a few times though. And I recently saw that there was an update for the device and there was no indication on how to get it or where. Them found out that the blaze may not be eligible for the update. It is a new product. If there is an update how can it possibly be excluded from the update. This was definitely aggravating. It wasn't cheap so all updated should. Be available to everyone !!!

I love this Fitbit it is the best one yet. I've had the charge hr and this one is definitely a step up!

I absolutely love my fitblaze, I gain so much info on the amount of sleep i get, calories and exercise.

My wife had been wanting a fit bit blaze for awhile. I found them on sale online from another company, so I went to Best Buy to see if they had them on sale as well and they did not but they did price match so i was able to get this product for the sale price and was very happy with the customer service that I received. I will not buy any electronics from anywhere else but Best Buy. My wife loves her Fit Bit and wears it every day..............

love my fitbit. Wear it every day. It keeps accurate track of accumulated steps and is very user friendly.

I actually bought the Fitbit Blaze for my Fiance for Christmas.. 5 minutes after opening his gift, he had it synced to his phone and on his wrist. The set up was super easy, and the device works exactly as expected. Not gonna lie, I was a little jealous and went a bought myself one. I gave this product 4 out of 5 stars because the battery doesn't last 5 days like it says it should. We do however get 3 days before having to charge.

Software issues. I have a galaxy S6 running 5.1.1 and I can't get text message notifications (although I do get calendar and phone call notifications). After running through all the troubleshooting and talking to Fitbit support, they said that this is a known issue and no ETA. They recommended that I upgrade my OS, but my phone company hasn't pushed out an update for me so I can't do that right now. This was one of the features I found to be the coolest, so I'm super disappointed that it doesn't work. If you look at the FAQs and known issues listed on Fitbit's Help site, you'll see that there are a ton of known issues with all kinds of different phones and OS. That's one down sides of buying a new product soon after the release. The watch though, is cool. There are 4 different clock face options and they display different information - I like that feature. I also love the Fitstar feature. It has a couple preloaded warm ups and workouts and that's really convenient. One thing that I'm getting used to is backing out of "apps" to get to the main menu - you press the single button on the left of the watch. I naturally try to swipe backwards as you would on phones or tablets, but I'm getting used to it. No stars off for that because I think it's a helpful design that prevents you from accidentally leaving a screen.

I purchased the Blaze after my brother told me all the things he disliked about the HR Charge. I then looked up many reviews and decided that this was the Fitbit for me. I love the sleep tracker, HR, workout tracker and the FitStar features the most. The step counter also allows me to push my self to walk more at my office job. Overall I have no regrets thus far.

It is easy to use the functions love the exercise program you can do on the go. Would definitely recommend

Does everything that it's supposed to. Can't believe how accurate the sleep tracker is. It motivates me to move, drink water, etc. Very good quality band too. Hr monitor is a little behind but this is inherent with the technology, not the device. Had a little trouble with sync changing watch faces, and intermittent notifications, but otherwise awesome and super fashionable. Proprietary charger is a bummer and a little cheesey but has held up so far.
