Taking accuracy is great but it's behind competitors on communication features. Not sure why at this point in the product cycle why it's only able to display texts and calls, not initiate or reply. Most competitors at this level can interact with texts and phone capabilities better. That said, it seems to be more accurate than others when it comes to step counts.

I really like this fitness tracker as I can change the band really easily as well as it being full color.

I had the charge HR for about a year and loved it. I wanted something with a bigger clock face and bands that could be changed for a dressier look. This fits the bill great. I was worried it would be too big for my smaller wrist, but it fits comfortable and I hardly notice it's there. I think the charge HR was great, but I'm really enjoying this upgraded model for its easy to read screen. It also has exercise options which is an added bonus.

I wear my fitbit everyday to help monitor my steps and heart rate. Can't imagine leaving home without it!

This is my 5th Fitbit & the best so far. Best advice though is to get Best Buy Protection Plan. All of the others never lasted a full year before dying. The charging connections broke on them (2 Charge HRs & 2 Flexes). This device has a better charging design though, so maybe it'll last longer. As popular as Fitbits are their app is so-so-could be much better-just hasn't progressed/improved over time. But it does what it's supposed to do I guess.

It's great to track your sleep, reminds you to get up and walk every hour, just a lot of fun
