FitBit Blaze works great to motivte

I have lost 40 pounds in 1 year. I eat better (fit bit apps help -- I enter all my calories) walk and run more Fitbit is a big part of that. I had the Charge HR and upgraded to the Blaze it works as well as advertised. Activity monitoring appears accurate. I like the readouts on my wrist so I don't always have to retrieve my phone.
