Purchased this for my wife. She has been thrilled with the watch and uses it for her workouts. Would have given 5 stars but she did have a problem with her first one and had to get a replacement. tThere was absolutely no problems getting warranty and Best Buy just gave her a new one. No problems at all with the replacement.

The product is very nice but after a month the screen is already scratched. Fitbit doesn't cover screen replacements and want you to buy a completely new one. I did buy the best buy replacement plan and it should cover replacement. Overall nice fitbit, great app, very detailed just not happy with how easily the screen got scratched.

My husband had this watch for 11 months then it just stopped working. Fitbit did send him another watch free of charge— but that one also stopped work a couple of months later. We love the options on the watch and the app. The only downside was the life of the watch didn’t last long. Especially for the price.

I bought my original Fitbit 3 plus years ago and wanted to update. The Blaze is everything I wanted and more. I love every function and the ability to track an exercise quickly without having to open my app is fantastic. Being able to change songs and adjust the volume in the middle of my exercise from the blaze is awesome.

As soon as I put the watch on my wrist the earth stood still and I fell in love. The band is soft and comfortable. The unit itself is lightweight but also durable. Granted im not telling you to go drive over the thing but it can handle a few drops.

I thought it would be better than my charge HR, and it probably is but I could not get this item to sync and stay synced. Every day I had to start again and sync, so my wife tried to sync it and it still did not reply daily. I do not work out daily, but walk a lot on my job and at home I walk each night at least 3000 to 5000 steps. I was getting frustrated and so was my wife so she went on line and we chatted and tried to get help from Fitbit support people and we tried several things and still it would not sync. I traded it back for another Charge HR and it is working perfectly.

This device is so accurate for the way I excersize

I have had 4 fitbit devices prior to this one. 2 fitbit flex. 2 fitbit charge HR. The bands always fell apart within a year. This one is great so far. I'm hoping it's more durable than the previous models I've owned. I like the convenience of having all the info from the watch without going through the phone app.

I have always had good luck with fitbit. I love my blaze. I had trouble setting it up because I have an android but customer service at fitbit walked me through it. I just bought my granddaughter the new fitbit charge for birthday. I know she will love it. You don't need a service plan with fitbit runs with an ap.

I've been a user of the Fitbit for almost 2 months. I like the Fitbit and it picks up when I'm working out without changing the mode manually. One thing I don't like is that sometimes it lacks the ability to pickup when I'm walking up stairs. All in all, it serves its purpose and gives me the information I need.

The tracker is great and it had a lot of cool functions like being able to view texts, get data from individual workouts, etc. My only real issue is the band placement on my arm. It likes to either dig in or shift downward to my wrist (even when properly adjusted), especially during high impact activities like Zumba.
