    We really wanted to like it because it was stylish and looked like an Apple Watch. It was very akward to charge as you had to take it out of the band. The deal breaker for us was that it was inaccurate. We compared to a charge, a charge HR and a one AND It mIssed steps BIG TIme.

    Fitbit limits watch face choices to 4. None of the faces have second hands and company seems totally unresponsive to several request for both features. Watch face goes black and not as responsive to wrist movements to turn the display back on. Would like to choose how long display stays on when activated. Several requested an always on option.
