Great Fitbit, love the larger screen and touch through navigation plus synch with text messaging. Battery life could be better, need to charge every three days.

The watch is great for tracking your exercise and steps but I really would have liked to see it with an audible ring or alarm and a find me phone feature also.

I purchased this Fitbit Blaze about 2 years ago, and when it worked it worked well. However the app integration was terrible, syncing the tracker was a nightmare, and after two years, it got extremely hot, melted, and would not come back on. I am glad I purchased the Best Buy coverage because I was able to take it back to BestBuy and get a different brand. Best buy was great and honored the protection package without a problem. Fitbit - not so much.

Overall it didn't work for awhile. I had to let it completely die and leave it like that for 2 days. It doesn't count all my steps but most of it.

I went to Best Buy to purchase my fit bit because the sales staff told me Geek Squad would help me set it up. The Geek Squad was just that geeks. The guy took the fit bit out of the box, told me to read the directions and I would be fine. I started to ask him and he said he didn't know to just follow the directions like he would have to do. Based on this experience I will NOT be shopping at Best Buy again. I will gladly shop Amazon.com for more help than Best Buy offered....

Worked well but I took it back. I didn't like the feel on my arm. Too bulky. And probably overkill for my needs.

I really like all the features and the bright screen and customizable clock but the battery only lasts 24 hours for me. I was expecting at least 2 days.

They don't send the instructions and I have had difficulty getting them. Turns out I don't use the aps much and I have to charge it every 4-5 days

I can't received several notifications at same time....... whatsapp, Facebook, messanger, calls notifications, so you have to choice one at the time.

The actual minutes are not accurate and also it doesn't last 4 or 5 days like they state. The last two days and then I have to recharge it

This watch was ok but I bought an apple watch to replace it so just save money and get the Apple watch it maybe the ionic

This was a gift for my dad. He decided to return it because he felt the heart rate was pretty far off from other methods of tracking.

I had it a little over a month when I forgot to take it off in a pool and it never recovered.

I upgraded from the Charge HR to the Blaze. I like the new watch however very disappointed at this point on the strength/vibration of the alarm. I have tried the alarm varies times and it has yet to wake me up. There is a lot of chatter about this issue in the Fitbit forum so hopefully this issue will get resolved ASAP. If the alarm and alerts are important, I would first verify that this issues has been resolved before purchasing.

It wasn't worth the money for me. I was working out and know my body very well I guess. Would be better for those that need assistance

The Fitbit Blaze is a decent product. I like the functions that it capable of. I am not overly thrilled about the design itself though.

Did not like the CD. Did not sound like her previous music. Wish the fitbit was water resistant
