The watch functionality is great. It is easy to navigate. I owned the iWatch for a week before the practicality of owning it drove me to return it. This watch is functional, much more affordable, and I liked that it was FITBIT so I could keep competing with my other FITBIT friends. The square design of the casing could be nicer, but outside of that I love it. There are a couple of posts on this forum that gave the watch a 1 rating due to the face designs not being very appealing. Well, I agree. The face designs are not what they could be, but the ability to programmatically update the face designs is there. Hopefully FITBIT takes that feedback and does something to add more clock faces. The charge lasted me almost five days before it was time to recharge the device. I use a FITBIT charge HR and the Blaze. The ability to interchange them throughout the day and still have an accurate step count is amazing. The tracking is flawless. Well, that is my review. Hope it helps.

If I could rate a zero I would, Does not work with Samsung S8, And Fitbit customer service is useless, Only after the 8th or so email they finally informed me that their are working on bugs with the Samsung S8. I have been transferred to at least 7 different customer service people who just keep having me try the same thing over and over again. According to their list the Samsung S8 is a compatible device but it is not, guess they are saying it is because they don't want to loose sales to people who have one of the most popular phone right now. And now that they have finally told me that they are having compatibility issues it is beyond the time frame that I can return it to Best Buy for a credit.

It is ok, but more doesn't work, than does. The notifications are terrible. The phone call notification never works. I have a MOTO Z FORCE, and it works terrible with it. At this point it is just a watch. Doesn't keep track of stairs very well either.

In order to charge the device it has to be set up. When initially starting the update through the app. It got a forth done and said the update failed and the battery was too low to continue. But I am unable to charge. Already contacted fitbit about it.

I have a fitbit charger 2 and love it. I bought this for my husband and not a fan. Needs recharged too often and you have to take the watch piece off to charge. It jumped a head on time twice and I had to reset it. Finally returned it.

I was excited about this product when it launched. Got one for myself only to find out that the product is not worth it at all. Cheap looking band with plastic face in which there is a square black screen with huge bezels. Instant return.

The Fitbit Blaze is not a terrible wearable. It works as it should. But, it's a very ugly device. What's worst is the user interface. I tried it for three days and couldn't bring myself to keep it. There are better wearables out there.

After a couple of years of excellent service, my Flex died. So I decided to upgrade to this newer unit. Before I bought it I researched to ensure it would be compatible with my Windows Phone, and it was listed as compatible. Then after several hours of fooling with it I finally realize that it is not, because my Windows Phone runs version 8 and they do not intend to support that version. Suggestion? Get a new phone. Well, this phone is not even a year old, so NO, I returned this and got another Flex. What a waste of time.

this fitbit is worked for a while but after a year and half, it stopped accepting the charge, which is a disappointment when you buy equipment for this price.

Previous Blaze battary would not keep a charge after a year. Unhappy with having to wait a week for BEST BUY to replace the product with the protection plan. If it wasn't free, don't think I would buy a new one.

Make sure you get the Insurance, the face of the fitbits cracks fast, and too easy. I don't even recall doing anything ruff but look down to find I have hairline cracks already. Less than a month old The clock loses time fast, as the battery power dies the clock accuracy gets worse. Battery only last 4-5 days at most and that's with notifications off. I either have to sacrifice using it for sleep or activity because of the battery duration. I liked Fitbit because it's popular with my friends and I have them for my family, but I'm rethinking all of that now.

Unless your fit bit breaks down within the year you purchased it, this is not a good investment in your money. I initially got my first fitbit blaze via a healthy initiatives program at work. After a year, the battery would not charge and malfunctioned and I could no longer use it. Then I purchased this one on 9/24/17 and here I am again with the same issue. The battery does not last and when I contacted fitbit they did not offer a replacement and instead stated they would give me a 25% discount. NO THANKS!!!

So, I am a firm believer in second chances. Unfortunately FitBit is not. First FitBit was the HR. The band broke and could not be repaired. To make matters worse, the warranty had just expired. Figured I didn't need all the bells and whistles of an iWatch so I bought the Blaze. You guessed it, the band broke. Return procedure for a warranty repair is difficult- picture of broken item, original receipt, and the FirBit logo must appear on product! Not only is it a poorly made product, service is terrible. Save yourself the money and buy an iWatch.

I was so excited about this fitbit, finally one that looked good and tracked everything I wanted. after a few weeks the data accuracy became terrible and the text and phone notifications stopped. fitbit sent a replacement device at no charge, but it is doing the same exact thing. Waste of money. I've been a huge fitbit lover, for many years. May be time to switch it up.
