I thiught i would love this watch but i had to return due to software issues.

Extremely bulky, the screen was slow to recognize touch, did not like.

I had to return the watch because it was defective. It would pause in the middle of my workout.

I didn't like the small screen or the subpar heart rate monitor, I return this one and bought an apple watch

Didn't like as much as I'd hoped. Also wasn't a plus that the band melted & broke while on my wrist.

Love it until it stop working only 6wks after purchased and after many many many attempts to factory reset had to return to store. I would have loved to have another one but not if only going to work for a few months. Several friends have had the same problem. It just locks up and goes blank and stays that way etc.... Really did enjoy but now disappointed.

I was under the impression it showed text messages and you could text on it which none is true

my husband got it to track his heart rate ... really erratic. he very rarely wears it

Screen of the watch start flickering after a month. Fitbit functionality works fine.

I was completely misled by the store staff and so I bought this as a special birthday gift for my son. I then invested in a separate warranty plan as well. My son has spent months with this useless watch that does almost nothing with his phone. The salesperson just said whatever it took to make this sale happen. What a waste!

Wouldn't buy this product many problems to charge.

Too expensive. It does not deserve all the attention it was given. Save you money.

First off had hard time setting up. Stopped working on 12th day of owning. Clock froze could not get fit bit to do anything even after restarting and deleting app on phone and deinstalling!!sales rep blamed on my wife's fitbit interferring..ha !! Rude rude young lady at checkout..not friendly at all when returned item

This fitbit starts off good and after month it quit calculating my steps. I contacted Fitbit directly because I was past my 15 day return policy and so Fitbit sent me another one. The new one they shipped to me, when I opened was broken and now they are sending another one to me. Very poor product for the price of $200

I returned this item after owning it for 26 days. It's great for keeping track of heart rate when resting or sleeping; however when it comes to a workout, forget it! It doesn't keep an accurate read and is about 30 to 40 beats under what your actual heart rate is. The company designed this poorly and needs to be fixed

Problem with the battery life, only 2 stars, not good.

Not worth it. It never worked. Total waste of money. It never synced up and the watch face kept popping out of the band. I unfortunately could not return it because I lost the receipt. This product is worthless and I feel cheated for having bought such an expensive piece of junk. I do not recommend this product.

Heart rate is not to acurate at all in this fitbit not sure if it is defective.

Fitbit warranty is 1 year. Many people have battery die shortly after.. battery cannot be repaired or replaced. If you buy Fitbit I would suggest buying the extra warranty from Best Buy. It saved me because Fitbit will only try and get you to buy a new one by offering a small discount.
