It did not sync well with my iPhone so I turned it and got a Apple Watch.

In my opinion this does not give accurate calorie count. It tracks steps while I'm sitting and driving, sleeping, using the restroom . And when I'm done working out it tracks an outrageous number. It's very annoying and frustrating especially when you are trying to track your daily activities

Had to return three times in less than a year. Won't be getting another

I would not recommend this product until it has been perfected

If you allow the fit bit to die it messes with the time and takes a few days to catch up. I have also experienced many issues with my fit bit not syncing with my phone even after uninstalling now 5 times. Maybe I got a bad one but nothing but issues with mine. Def not worth the money.

got this as father's day gift. battery only last one day with hart rate auto, about two days with it off. every time you charge the watch you need to remove the watch out from the wristband, put it in a charger, lock the charger, too many extra steps just for charging it daily.

I had purchased the Apple Watch and returned it because it was too many notifications going off. And although I could have turned off some notifications I didn't want to lose contact. Watch vibrated for texts, emails, phone calls, and other apps. I liked the fitness features but wasn't worth the price to only value that feature. So I read up on the Fitbit blaze and it captured everything I wanted for fitness and some phone features for a fraction of the cost of the Apple Watch. I absolutely love the Blaze. It motivates you to be consistent with your fitness goals. Great value for a great watch!

Bought for active 15 yr. old. Worked well for about two weeks before it began having sync problems. Will keep activity stats but time would not sync up and so the watch function became useless. Tried every suggested fix from Fitbit-sending back for replacement

Would not sync with Galaxy S7 Edge...disappointed!

Horrible I have broken out in a very, very bad allergic rash from the band. I can no longer wear it and when I could wear it you had to recharge it every 2 days. I just bought it as a Easter present for myself. Money wasted trying to find out what I can do.

I bought this fit bit blaze and had to return it because it stopped monitoring my heart rate. The one I received in place of it monitored my heart rate for about two weeks and it stoped monitoring my heart rate. Save your money buy something else.

Was going to get the Surge but got the Blaze instead (also cheaper). Totally AWESOME. Glad I waited. It's easy to set up and has a lot of great features. Makes me think more about staying active and watching what I eat. Read all about the features too many to list here. It'll blow your mind..

The Blae is poorly designed. The entire unit must be removed to replace the band ANND to charge it. The charger is the worst I've ever seen. Must place unit in box type charger & lock it in place. I returned the blaze almost immediately.

I could not get this item to link with either my computer or smart phone so I never got it set up. The woman at Geek Squad treated me like I was too stupid to own it. I gave this piece of garbage away.

I found this item to not work well with the I phone platform, and did not feel as if it was the most accurate nor best product out there. I ended up returning the item as it did not meet my expectations nor my needs.
