I really liked my fitbit blaze but now it is not working, it goes off and on. I would like a replacement

Do not purchase. It has needed 2 be reset 3 times in less than 2 weeks. features are difficult to bring up.

It was for a Christmas gift and I returned it for a garmin the sales people gave me wrong information

Not sure where to begin. Bottom line, this is not worth $200

As for the music control, The When I go to the Blaze 101 Guide within the FitBit app on my smartphone, and select Music, the animation that plays, make is seem like you can adjust the music from within the activity window. The visual that plays over and over shows going to the activity, starting it and then the screen pulls down to adjust the music as it does from the main page. This is very misleading. What is the point of having the music adjustment except for when you are in the middle of a workout? This is definitely a major negative in my opinion. Also while working out, I have one of my pre-set activities as circuit training and yet it has not automatically detected it yet. It sometimes detects walking or running instead. So, in order for it to track the correct activity, I have to use the activity screen on the watch and then I can't control my music except by using my phone. This is hard to do as I am in the middle of a workout and have only so much time to get from one station to another. Annoying. I have had trouble also with the plastic band for this watch. It is very wide even for a not-so-petite person like myself (I wear Large band size on the 3rd to smallest hole - small looked like it would be too small). When I wear the watch for workouts, I get an allergic reaction to the plastic. So, I have to change the watch to my other arm right after. It would be nice if there was a band that tapered a little bit so that it was not as obtrusive. I'm thinking something more feminine. Also, maybe one that is designed more for sports that breathes. Like a fabric and velcro option or a stretch-type band for better comfort when you are really sweating it out. Lastly, I was disappointed to find that the reminder to move when you have been sedentary too long was not included with this product. Don't get me wrong, there is a lot to like about this watch. I am however a bit disappointed that it is not all that I expected. I hope some of these things will be corrected as further development takes place. Hopefully when they roll out a software upgrade.

As far as a fitness tracker it tracks steps, sleep, and heart rate. it seems to do these well. you can have a watch face that will show time steps to goal percent and heart rate all at the same time which is very nice As a smart watch it leaves a lot to be desired. the screen will display text messages and they are easy to read. call alerts are also easy to read. But for the nexus 6 it cannot control music and it also will notify that I am receiving a call from the person I just dialed. I have contacted fitbit support as this is a new device I am the first to bring up the issue they will have to figure it out and get back to me. Unless this will be your only watch it doesn't help when you wanna wear a different watch

I did not like Fitbit. It would not stay charged and replaced with an Apple Watch

A perfect fit between a fitness band and a smart watch! I love the idea of having something less than an Iwatch and more than a fitness band. The fitbit "blaze" is that product. The blaze gives you the perfect mix with texts, music control, gps tracking workouts and onboard fitstar exercises. This light weight band is more stylish with replaceable bands than other smart watches. I look forward to updates from fitbit, on different "clock faces" as it is limited to four choices. Fun and exciting product

Returned it! Didn't work as advertised so I purchased a Gear S2.

I've been doing lots of research between this, Garmin Vivoactive HR and Apple Watch. I opted to try this based on price and I wasn't impressed. It is very basic. I did not like that after a short time, the debris (lint, dust and dirt particles) that would buildup in the frame openings above and below the actual watch module. The light sensor for the auto brightness option is located in a poor location on the watch. If you're wearing a long sleeve shirt, too many times I lifted my arm to look at the watch and the very end of my shirt sleeve would ever so slightly cover the left most side of the watch, covering the sensor and yielding a dim screen most of the times. The watch did not recognize the turning of my wrist several times and would not wake up automatically. The active area of the face is misleading based on the overall face of the watch. It looks like the screen would be the size of a compact flash card when the actual interface area is about the size of an SD flash card. Depending upon the watch face selected, extra taps are necessary to see your HR; sometimes it didn't respond properly and was sluggish. I do like the overall size and it's rather light. Sorry fitbit, but this needs more polishing; it's an over priced color screen attempt of a smart watch gimmick.
