    This product has not been keeping time correctly. Been working with Tech Support for over 6 weeks. Then they ask about warranty and purchase receipts. Purchased it on Apr 5, 2016. Fitbit has been asking me to try several things and using delaying tactics. Hoping this is not to get me past any warranty period. This is my fifth product since 2013 that has had problems. A similar issue happened with my Fitbit Aria. After lengthy technical support communications, I was told that I went past my warranty period.
