    Overall I believe this is a very good fitness smart watch. I bought it for my wife for Christmas and she seems to love it. It does everything it says it does. The only thing that's confusing is when you first program it it's already calculating calories burned so it was weird to see over 800 calories were burned when first turning it on but it adjusts to you after that. Like I said just confusing at first.
