Not good for Truck drivers

I bought one for myself as well and returned it because it was uncomfortable. I wish I hadn't purchased this particular item, as it does not live up to the expectations put forth by its manufacturer.

Won't charge

Plugged it in and nothing? Called Fitbit help desk and waited thirty minutes for help with no reply. Back to best buy in the morning.
